Whopper is still my favorite burger. Burger King offered $3 purchase for free whopper ( Wendy Dynsmic Pricing). The offered was good for 3 days. I went to bk in north hollywood located at Victory & coldwater cyn. The mgr & employee had no idea what I was talking about. Mgr asked me for coupon #. I showed my website page. Upon on reading she told me her resturant is not participating in this deal. I asked her to refer me to the participating bk. She told me to go back to my website for that. The website referred back and forth without providing participating bk. I wasn't about go bk to bk find out participating bk. I wrote bk media dept. It sent me another web link. I believe bk got big free advertisement without following their offer. #1) website should have provided a link to find out bk participating #2) at minueaum bk mgr. Should refer me to a participating bk if her store does not. It's a false advertisement to draw a customer to the resturant without following the offer. This is why there class action lawsuit on other matter ( picture bigger than the actual burger). I am very ?.

Food it’s good but the crew never put napkins and ketchup in to the bag.They don’t even ask if you want some.Also, at the time I was asking for my combo in the drivethru the person didn’t let me finished to place my order because he was interrupting me with chiken nugets and some other things and I didn’t get my fries with no salt !I got frustrated because I drove a long way at my lunch break for this.

There was a problem using my EBT card, and I thought that the lady was quite rude to me, like I was some kind of a bum trying to get a free meal. I ended up putting it on a credit card. I am disabled and I was hoping that they would've offered help to get my food to my table. They didn't get my order correct, but it was fixed in a short time. The food I thought was good, but I thought the price was insane. I used to go to Burger King because I could find something at a good price for a decent healthy meal, but I don't think I got either today.

This Burger King charges 3-4$ more for their bacon melt combo than the one in Burbank for example.It comes with a small fry and small drink and the burger patties and sandwich is not the same size as a whopper.It’s outrageous. What a rip off.Same combo is 13$ here before tax while it’s 9.80$ before tax in Burbank.Don’t come here. They’re stealing your money

My order was completely wrong, they served me spicy chicken strips when I had ordered regular two times. Stay away from this restaurant at all costs. All they will do is mess up your order.
