Let's start with the basics. It's Domino's so what do you expect? So the pizza, compared to good pizza is still one or two stars. That said, once you know what is, there are ways to get a good Domino's experience. This location is hit or miss. I've had employees go out of their way for me, and I really appreciate that. A few weeks ago I was driving and around the corner and called for a pick up order and the guy said their storefront was closing, but since I was close he said I could order....and that pie came out good too. they followed my requests and it was a good Domino's experience. However, last week I called for a pick up order at 10:30 and a different guy (I suspect the one several people mention here) said their store is closed for pick up, only delivery. I almost gave him a delivery order but I wanted to think about it. When I hung up I went online and put in an order for pick up! When I showed up I asked him what was up? How come I could order pick up online when he said they were closed. He shrugged and said he did't feel like making more pizzas for pick up because they were busy. I asked why he didn't inform me that I could still order online for pick up...and he said he was busy and forgot, well, he admitted, he didn't really forget, he was just busy and didn't feel like doing it. Totally non apologetically! Like tough Sh1t! I didn't feel like being a Karen and asking his name to let management know, I mean, he was probably the manager. So, upper management/owner of the franchise...you should know the quality of people like this you have running your business. Pathetic.

I always get fast delivery and great quality from this location! I hate delivery apps like uber eats and doordash cause the drivers are so inconsistent which is why i only order from places that have their own delivery drivers because theyre usually a lot nicer and more consistent and i therefore feel a lot better paying for and tipping more knowing there wont be any wierd delivery issues that i usually run into on apps. This dominos location is one of my go to places for delivery cause its just so consistent!

I hate leaving dominos a bad review because we literally eat dominos at the least once a week. We don't ever order from here because it's not my local dominos but I was next door getting my nails done with my husband and kids. Before we left we decided to order some pizzas to go, the young guy at the register takes my order and rings me up, he turns around after touching all that money and starts handing pizza dough without washing his hands! I asked him do you guys do this all the time?! He replies with "yea sometimes" another guy in the back making pizza nods his head at him in embarrassment and apologies for the young guy and literally tells me he does it more often than not. That's dirty and he should probably not be working in food service. Not cool for anyone who orders from here. Sucks because this location could be great but it only takes one fool to ruin it for everyone.

Uh oh.. when I saw how many stars were here I was confused how a dominos could have bad reviews when it’s a chain. I received my first bad order tonight. Just a pepperoni pan pizza. It was basically half raw and floppy. It tasted like uncooked dough. I’m sad.

I've never had an issue with this location! The people who run this one run it well! The staff is full of energetic and enthusiastic people! A plus side is I've become so much of a regular, I walk in and they know me, which adds to the personal touch of them taking care of everyone, no matter what! If something is wrong, talk to them in a respectful manner and you'll get what you want! 10/10 dominos location!

Never leave reviews but this experience was so bad, have to warn customers before choosing to spend their money here. We ordered 3 items for pick up and when we got home we realized they messed up our order and gave us something we did not order instead of wings. When we called the store to retrieve our wings they had informed us that we would only get the wings if we could return the incorrect item first (planning to reuse the item?)and then it would be another 12 minutes on top of that because they had already used the wings for another order. We did not mind returning the items but requested they remake the entire order then because by the time we would get the wings and sit down to eat, the rest of the food would be cold. They refused and when we requested a refund they made us bring all the food back. Worst part about this is that they could have just remade the order no problem and chose not to because they simply don't care. Just Horrible customer service.

One star is for the 1 ounce of effort that was put in by the late night worker who ever so kindly placed our pizza outside on the ground per my request because we were told that the store was closed and he was leaving in the next two minutes. However, both Google and Apple shows that the store was open for another hour so we thought we would’ve had time only 10 minutes had passed since placing the order. Also we did not receive the four garlic sauces we paid four dollars for. I am not blaming the worker I understand they probably were the only person in the store however, management needs to update the business hours, so this will not happen again or decline orders online so no one’s time will be wasted and in that order.
The prices online are not "honored" over the phone ahhh ok ??♂️ and when online ordering is placed it gives the option to pay in store but then prompts you to pay option not available because a minimum weird. EBT is another form of payment wich is helpful

Never a disappointment. Love this location and the staff. They consistently put out great products; made with fresh ingredients and also done with a smile.I have never had a bad pizza or bad anything here. Further, the staff is always welcoming and treats you as a valued customer.
