This location is so inconsistent (Magnolia Blvd by Subway in North Hollywood)...They serve sloppily. Sometimes I get a wet bag, sometimes missing ingredients but they don't tell you before you get it. Sometimes the food doesn't taste good, how when the other locations consistently taste the same. They need older employees or ones that care.

I order Uber eats from this place last night. My food was hard and stela. My other half’s food was also hard . I would never eat from there again. My sauce look like it was played with. Not even filled to the top.

I love this place. I truly do. I ordered my usual pollo bowl combo, with extra chicken. I order this twice a week usually. I get my order and see that the order is lacking chicken heavily. So much to the point to where I have to say "hey is this isnt extra chicken". The line cooks just look at me and go "well it is so..." never felt so disappointed. I get this order too often to not know what extra chicken looks like. Sad day for el pollo loco.
Don’t go to this store. The employees always look overworked and the manager or what they call shift leaders are not helping them. I asked the person in charge if they can help since there was a lot of customers and they basically just ignored me & went to this little room in the back and they just sat there. Worst management ever.

This is my go to spot when grabbing El Pollo Loco. The place is small so my orders are always to go. Take advantage of deals on their app.During lunch hours it can get busy so be mindful of that.

I wanted to come on here and commend Rosy and her team (I think she's the store manager) for her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered food online through the Pollo Loco app and went to pick it up and Rosy is pretty much on top of everything. From helping and guiding the cashiers, to possibly prepping the food and making sure every single item isn't left behind. I ordered a 3 piece meal (2 breast/1 wing), a loco salad, and black beans w chips and everything came in the bag. From utensils, to napkins, salsa, and most importantly my food, including sides and everything else. I've had poor experiences in the past at other Pollo Loco locations where they dont provide you with utensils, or even salsa. She definitely has everything under control. While I waited for my order, 2 customers walked in without a mask and she reminded the employees to let the customers know they needed a mask all meanwhile getting orders out. Also, this has been by far the best chicken I've had from all Pollo Locos' i've gone to. The chicken was fully, but not over cooked, it was flavorful, not dry nor burnt. I was seriously impressed by the taste, it was even juicy. I was so impressed by everything that I simply had to hop on here and give them credit for it.
