This was a fun horror themed coffee shop. I loved the décor of the place and the overall theming was great. This was a fun, unique coffee shop with great service. I had an Iced Bride of Frankenstein - Pistachio Green Tea Matcha Latte and it was tasty! There really isn't any seating inside, but there are several outdoor tables. I would visit this place again if I am in the area.

I would have given this place a five-star rating, but they recently got rid of their indoor seating. And it was nice to sit and work for an hour or two on occasion when I'm by myself. Now, while they're great, and if I'm with a friend may still stop there, they've become a place that I tend to walk by to get to different coffee shops where I can sit for a bit.

This place would be 5 stars if they actually appeased to real coffee drinkers in the working class. It caters to entertainers, influencers, etc. Which is great and all but not everybody wants to lounge and drink coffee at 1pm. I pass by around 8:45am on my work commute almost every single day and it’s NEVER open. They state their hours start at 8:30 but don’t get caught lacking and popping up at that time, you’ll surely be disappointed.

Taste will really depend on what you ordered. I think their ice coffee that I’ve tried: annabelle, reaper’s mercy, nightmare on maple st, are very watered down. Reaper’s mercy in particular, i thought would taste really strong because it was cold brew + espresso, but actually tasted like iced water + milk + vanilla syrup.I do have some favorites tho: hot annabelle or hot pistachio latte.Service is always kind of slow. There is usually only one person working and they’re always busy doing something. And they didn’t really prioritize the order. So several times i came in, waited for some time in front of the line until a line form behind me. They would then take all the orders at the same time, and make the drinks based on which ones are easiest to make first. Which sometimes mean waiting for even longer compared to people that come after me.So I usually don’t choose this place because the wait time is unpredictable especially if I need to rush for a morning coffee run before work. But i sometimes still go because they do have some unique flavor.
Very glad we stopped here for our coffee fix. The theme is fun with clever drink names. My husband ordered Nightmare on Maple and I ordered Call of Cthulhu. Both drinks were delicious, I especially loved my drink with the creamy Ube top. Service was friendly and the shop was clean with a single stall bathroom available.
