The fried chicken is the best I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. The mild chicken is really spicy but just the right amount for me, not overly intense. It’s nice and crunchy. It’s even great cold. The fries are bomb too.What I also like is that it’s exactly the same quality every time, there is no variance. Wish I had found this place years ago.

It the best Chicken sandwich in all of California. I'm from Arizona i drive down just to eat here all the time. I had the humble melt and my girlfriend had the humble fries both at spice level hot. I will be coming here till the end of time.
I am NOT going to be HUMBLE about this review. This place is amazing. I got the hot sando on brioche. Next level of spiciness is the “not so humble”. I wasn’t feeling that brave. Hot was spicy enough and flavorful not just hot. Got some honey on the side to drizzle on it. It will definitely clear out your sinuses. We didn’t get the biscuit but it smelled and looked amazing, too. Weekends they have fresh biscuits and waffles.The fries are next level Cajun spiced. And they season them right in front of you. It was like dinner and a show. Fresh squeezed lemonade is good, too. All other drinks are cans. Save room for the banana nut cookie that the owner’s grandmother makes. He told me people come their just for the cookies now, too.AMAZING! I don’t give a lot of 5 star reviews but this place deserves everyone one of them. And, every customer in the place felt the same way. The team is friendly, helpful, and humble. I WILL definitely be BACK!!!

Really good fried chicken. Whether you get it hot or not and you can get as hot as you want. Crispy and juicy, but not greasy. I went in the middle of the week at 12:30pm. The food is cooked to order and they said it would take 15 minutes to get my order. There are a couple of tables and two tops, maybe 12 -14 indoor sears. They were full. There were also people picking up takeout, which is what I would recommend. It was definitely worth the wait.

Had this place bookmarked for a while, but hadn't tried it yet. Then a few weeks ago I came across an article listing the 15 "best fried chicken sandwiches in L.A." with Humble Bird at the top of the list sitting right above the infamous Howlin' Ray's, so of course it was time to check it out. We tried the Humble Fries in medium heat and the Humble Melt in mild, both of which were tasty and generous in size. The heat levels were spot on. They also have a biscuit sandwich on the menu that caught my eye, but was unfortunately unavailable when we went - will definitely be back to try it! Lastly, I have to mention the customer service, which is always the most important factor in my opinion..and it was excellent.

The Humble Bird in NoHo stands out because they offer fried chicken in addition to the typical hot chicken items. You don't have to just get a chicken sandwich as you have the option to order chicken wings, breasts, and thighs. The parking for this restaurant is not bad at all. There's a parking lot in the back and plenty of street parking along Burbank Blvd. Each time I've gone, the staff all welcome me as soon as I walk-in making me feel like a regular.My wife and I typically order the Big Bird which consists of 8 pieces of chicken. It doesn't come with sides so we also get Mac-n-cheese and slaw. The chicken always tastes tender and crispy with the right amount of spice (medium). The Humble Bird is worth checking out for anyone looking for quality fried chicken.
