O dear I went today to get a delicious kfc the woman who attended me she was in a bad mood adding that she took my order wrong even that I told her 3 times , I just check my bag once I made it home to eat, she didn’t even give me a receipt adding that my partner., her chicken was so hard like it was a kitchen from the day before, is the last time I go to there I don’t recommend ordering food from there, was not good ??

Lack of communication and who ever that manager or supervisor tonight u are so horrible I don't know hw u get hired by kfc and order $31 99 8 pieces only gt 7 pieces and I call back who ever that girl answers what a stupid people to take care a customer plz fix your staff because they think they are the ceo funny ? but the red hair girl on the window was really good and humbled I will never go to the kfc again that manager deserve go home

I found a hair in my chicken today! I went to the cashier, and the girl in the cap asked, 'Is this a hair?' She said she would give me another chicken but didn't even apologize. It's terrible.

be aware their chicken is undercooked near raw i ordered a two piece just to put it the trash and costumer service is really bad watch out you may end up sick !!!

They have very bad customer service, i told the the girl i wanna classic chicken sandwich without pickles because i have allergy from pickles and this is what i got from them

The attitude of the drive thru window cashier was horrible. I ordered the hot wings ,they were old an tasted like old oil . I use to work for kfc as a district manager an gm.So this upsets me that the quality an hospitality are no longer priorities as well as there oil program is not implemented here.

If you come here when they just open in the early morning is not bad but any other time it might feel like 3 years before they get your order even through the drive through. I was told to wait 5 min ... It is about to hit 30 minutes waiting in the side parked. Like it is just Monday around 3pm... I would not call this lunch rush or anything. Please don't come here they are overwhelmed and probably underpaid. I waited for 30 minutes for an order they had ready all along. The lady did come out like in the first 11 min asking who ordered chicken tenders and ranch. I told her my order was chicken wings and a 4 piece she said that was not it. I never mentioned ranch when ordering so ranch anything didn't ring a bell when she asked besides chicken wings are not chicken tenders and I wasn't gonna take someone else's food that has been waiting a millenia already. The ice is melted and the chicken wings probably not as crispy anymore and the order seems ok other than sitting there for 30 min before I decided to come in and ask what happened. I was parked right in front of their see through glass windows so it is not like I was out of sight out of mind she knew exactly where I was less than 25 feet away. She could have waved me in or just briefly come out at any time again when she realised the mistake but nooooo they would have probably had me in my car waiting for an order they had but would never get to me because she told what look like the shift supervisor person she couldn't find me . So, yeah drive to another KFC unless you hit them right after they open cause you are gonna grow a full beard before your food gets to you otherwise.
