I called to let the employee know that the food was old and in bad condition. Did not care at all. The worst customer service. I used to buy many products from this place. I asked for them to make it right with at least a refund or something but completely disregarded me. Will not be returning to this business.

I'm a former nutritionist. About a decade ago, I was using GG Scandinavian Bran Sprinkles. I haven't been able to find them anywhere recently. After an extensive search, I came across Lo Carb U Foods. They had what I wanted in stock & purchased 3 bags. The following day, Jose called to let me know that they only had 2 bags of the sprinkles, but would supplement with crackers, which are the same thing. I'd just have to smash them up to get sprinkle consistency. He also refunded me 10% of the purchase price for the inconvenience. It was so thoughtful! A week and a half later, I still hadn't received my order, so I called and reached Jose again. He looked into the system and saw that the order had been shipped, but there was an issue with the USPS tracking. He spent a day getting transferred from one person to the next and finally found out that my order had been destroyed in transit! He called me back to let me know that they had packaged more than enough of the crackers to cover the damaged order and were FedEx'ing it to ensure that I had it the following day. I have my product and... WOW! Am I impressed with the conscientious, professional and friendly customer service. It doesn't get better than this. Thank you Jose and Lo Carb-U for getting me back in touch with one of my favorite dietary products and for going the extra mile!

They deserve zero starts. Terrible company. I ordered low carb bread front this company through amazon. The picture they had of what I was buying was not the product I received. When iI reached out to them they told me I had to go through amazon for a refund. When I did that the store denied the refund. After several attempts they stopped returning my messages and refused to refund my money.

I started my Keto Lifestyle almost a year ago during the pandemic and most of my purchases were made online. I would find different brands on social media and then I try them out individually. I actually found this place on Instagram when I was trying to find out where I can get the Great Low Carb Bread Company products. When they responded and told me where this store was located. I was so excited because it was very close to my house! It was crazy to see all the familiar low carb brands in one place, such as Quest, Legendary, Porking Good, G Hughes, good ol' Atkins, you name it! I am especially excited about the Great Low Carb bread Company Pastas! I am definitely going to keep coming back to try new low carb / keto products here!

Went in thinking it was a bakery. Just the same old crappy low carb bread and bagels that everyone touts. Over priced and awful tasting bread. Never go there again. Waiste of money. Below Average low carb bakery should be the name.

A ketogenic person's dream grocery warehouse! Been doing a low carb diet most of my adult life and nothing compares to this store! Imagine walking into a grocery store and the whole place filled with things you can eat and enjoy! This is why I love coming here! I get everything from bread, to baking mixes, noodles, chips, candy, cereal, cookies... you name it! You do still have to check all of the nutrition labels because if you're on keto, you need to stay within your macros and just because something is sugarfree, doesn't mean that it's low in carbs. Their stuff is pretty pricey and does add up quickly, but it's the price you have to pay to indulge in your favorite "cheat" snacks! My only complaint is that I wish they were open later in the evening and on Sundays as well!

Love this place! While the location is no frills and slightly warehouse-like, they have an excellent and wide selection of low-carb and keto products, and the pricing is on par with other grocers. They have an awesome half off bin, and plenty of goodies that I haven't been able to find at any other store. Check this place out!
