ordered the 3 meat combo: tri tip, pork ribs and pulled pork. my favorite was hands down the ribs. delicious bbq flavor and smokiness. the strawberry lemonade was a nice addition to. they don't play with the portions of the drink! i was drinking it for 3 days straight. also the mac and cheese is a delicious side.

Very disappointed as being a first time customer here. Will never buy from here again. The ribs are advertised as they can slip off the bone but that is not how they are sold. The ribs are probably the worst thing sold here. Freezer burned and I was unable to chew the meat off the bones. It looks like the meat was dried outside and then cooked after. Not one bone slipped off the meat at all. My dog did not even want to eat this because of how bad it tasted! Terrible I woke up with a really bad stomach pain after eating this the day before. I know it was caused by this meal. Save your money and do not order from here not sure how this located is still in business when the food sucks.

Received my order from DoorDash - at first I thought it was a chicken sandwich turns out it was just a piece of chicken . Then why the sándwich picture ? The only reason I ordered from them was for their biscuits .. which I ordered half a dozen and they forgot . Terrible plus the chicken was overly salty and the breadcrumbs just fell of it

Honestly this is my second time going through this I never write reviews for any restaurant I just order lunch for me and my son I ordered two kids meals one chicken Littles with fries but I only received the fries a whole lot of biscuits I never ordered I ordered coleslaw but I got mac & cheese but nobody eats mac & cheese here. And they also forgot his strawberry lemonade so now he just has fries and he was looking forward to his meal and you spent your money you want to enjoy your food especially barbecue isn't cheap I'm really upset about this whole situation and I can't even get in touch with them they have a phone number but you can't talk to anyone. I really want it to enjoy my meal I want him to too.

I guess Rebekah who was helping with this type of situation maybe thought it is now okay to ignore this horrible management and the overall food prepping at this place. So I will repost my dissatisfaction again and will do each time I think of it. This issue needs a response. Okay, I feel like this time was better. I do have to thank Rebekah for giving me a chance to retry the product with a credit code. I don't order out often because of all of the extra cost and fees. I got a $50.00 credit and still spent $27.00. Now to the food. I took pictures so you will understand what I am saying. The salad looked great and was pretty good but I poured into a big bowl and found like to heart of the lettuce which is uneatable. Some lettuce was chunked up. The biscuits I don't know what to say but sugar does not help a cold hard biscuit. The sugar thing isn't BBQ. The apple butter was extremely bland no flavor at all. The sides were good. The brisket was tough and overdone and the chicken was pretty with the glaze and cooked well. I'm sorry but I will not order Lucille's as a delivery order ever again. If I'm not in house it will not be a thought as something we want. I know this food could be better because I have had it in Santa Ana and Torrance. Please understand also I am not picking on Lucille's. They just need to put a better product out for the money. I'm glad I can update this post. Here below I'd the chicken. Brunt at every level. Unfortunately the food was really salty I never had salty food like this. First and last time for me. I had the family meal for $129 and it was a waist of money. I'm going to give the food to my dogs hopefully they don't get sick.

I really hate to do this but I'm doing it. History: I've eaten at a couple of Lucille's Barbecue. It's decent and while I didn't love it, I enjoyed what I had. So, when I saw one could order from a Lucille's, I did - this was about a month ago and apparently I forgot to review it back then. I ordered the southern fried chicken, two breasts, country gravy, mac-and-cheese, and coleslaw. And it was pretty good. It arrived nice and hot and I liked it fine. So, yesterday I ordered the same exact meal. It arrives forty minutes later, although you'd never have known that since no one texted or rang the doorbell, but that's another tale for another day. I bring the bag in, open it, and can see that the box inside is way too small for the chicken breasts. I open it and see a hideous looking fried chicken sandwich in an ice cold bun with wilted lettuce and bacon that looks pre-fab and from the Year One. Not what I ordered, folks. No mac-and-cheese. Coleslaw is there looking very nasty. So, I called Uber Eats and they gave me an immediate credit so I could order again. This time under special instructions I wrote, "Unlike forty minutes ago, please give me what I ordered. Thank you." Food arrived forty minutes later - and it's the right food but the chicken breasts look about ten shades darker than they should. Still, I'm ready for food. I spoon some of the country gravy on top and dig in. And suddenly the mouth is invaded by something so spicy that I couldn't believe it. The previous version I had had no spice like that, it had no hot spices at all. It was like normal fried chicken. I managed to eat one of the breasts but by then both mouth and stomach were on fire and I threw out the other. I tried the mac-and-cheese and it was like eating cheese flavored plastic. I'm done. So, I come here to write this review and what do I see? This is in some strip mall, isn't a restaurant, says Door Dash on the building and is apparently a place with "ghost kitchens" a phenomenon that should be disallowed immediately. So, I'm not sure what this is, but Lucille's should not allow its name to be sullied like this and I do mean sullied. Obviously, it's some guy in a kitchen, making it up as he goes along. It all makes sense now. My advice is to avoid this place like the plague. I may just write Lucille's corporate offices and tell them of this experience. And my stomach still hasn't recovered from this awfulness. This is the kind of meal that turns people into serial killers.

I have to say I was over the moon to see Lucille's delivers to my house now! Being in the valley, we would always have to drive to Topanga or Santa Clarita when I wanted it. Now it delivers to me! The biscuits are the best! We got the ribs and tritip meal for the family. It was so much food! It didn't mention that it came with biscuits so I ordered some and now we have way too many, if there is such a thing! We also got rib tips appetizer. This was uncharacteristically super salty and I hope was just a fluke. But we will definitely be ordering again!
