Got 4 ice creams and got 1 wrong, wouldn’t change it. Got a churro and the lady told us we would get them in a bit, we stayed waiting and nothing. 20 minutes waiting, we saw a new batch and waited for about 5 minutes to see if she’d give it us but didn’t. She just ignored us, we went to the second line and asked for the churro, by that time our ice creams were almost liquid, we asked to get them changed and same thing, half way through melting. Chicken bake also got colder and we when we asked to hanger it we just got the same one. There was a line and they were about to close so we just left with what we had. 0/10 experience, ice creams we completely melted by the time we gave them to the people who were going to eat itIf I could give this 0 star I wouldI dont know what happened, I usually buy from here as a quick meal from when there isn’t time. Usually very good customer service, just give them the receipt and we get the food. Simple

Furious. Been going to this facility for years and as of today, they no longer honor all Costco coupons from the Costco mail-outs. Finish tabs are on sale for $5 off and it specifically says +Costco.com but they refused to give the discount saying, "They don't have to sell it at the reduced price and I'd have to go to another Costco." I'm 72, handicapped and it took me 25 minutes to find parking. The cashier Gabriella C was just spewing attitude and sarcasm telling me to go get the coupon book and bring it back. I had the torn out page from it it and she repeated that 4 Times until I told her she had said it 4 times and to stop. It's not necessarily the amount but the "BAIT & SWITCH" being done with specials. It's gotten to you have to go to multiple locations of the same stupid store chain. NOT HAPPENING. I can, and will, go to Walmart and get the same products at about the same prices and NOT have to pay the extremely high membership fees. Costco has lost me and my family all because of a snotty cashier and the manager that didn't stop her as he stood next to her.

My mother and grandmother had a very bad experience here. A very rude and off putting "gentleman" got in my mother's face after said man kept talking to my grandmother in Spanish (a language she doesn't speak) and my mother politely telling him " oh, she doesn't speak Spanish" this man replied " I don't care" twice, he then got in my mothers face and refused to call over his manager. Don't know what Costco has become anymore.

Who doesn't know Costco. Food items have changed in the food court including brand of Hot Dog sold from Hebrew National to Nathen's. But combo still remains $1.50.

Costco North Hollywood is a gold mine for bargain hunters and bulk buyers. Score amazing deals on groceries, electronics, clothing, and more. Just be prepared for the crowds, chaos, and limited produce options. If you can navigate the warehouse madness, you'll be rewarded with incredible deals and a unique shopping experience. It's a lot less busy so it's easier to move around and rarely any lines in the register but you won't find everything here that a regular Costco store carries.

Always find what I want and it is easy to get out of the checkstand. The store is always fully stocked clean and easy to find what I need. Stopped to get a slice of pepperoni pizza on the way out and it is delicious.!

Great place to shop for bulk items. I was out of foil, paper plates, cleaning supplies, etc. it was time to restock. The best part was getting my pumpkins for fall decoration. Gotta love Costco. For $7.99 each it's a steal. Great service always.

I like it because it's close to me and it has everything except clothes, plants, flowers, it's more of a wholesale business but everyone with Costco cards can enter.
