Absolutely horrendous experience with Papa John's! First time ordering a few months ago resulted in a terrible bout of diarrhea. Stupidly gave them another chance, ordered a Hawaiian pizza yesterday, and spent the entire night violently sick. No mention of vomit-inducing delights on their menu. Strongly discourage anyone from subjecting themselves to this culinary nightmare!

The first time I ordered pizza here was about 3 years ago and gave us an upset stomach and last night I decided to give it a try again and same thing!! Both my husband and I had an upset stomach all morning. DO NOT EAT at this location.

It is supposedly very good, but I have a bad taste in my mouth because I ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and the other cheese, the pizza did not arrive at my apartment, the driver did not have the courtesy to talk to me on the cell phone and The pizza stayed in another department, I had to eat it cold because I was hungry but when I opened the box there were some bitten chili peppers. I don't understand why the driver did that. very lousy service. I spoke to claim and they told me to contact the call center and they sent me back to the pizza place be careful what you order. They dont solve my problem

Food is always made fast and fresh! Love that my kids can play and eat. Always had nothing but good experiences here for almost 10 years. Will always come back.

The pizzas are fantastic! They always have specials. Very affordable. Free and easy parking. In 10 mins my pizza was ready. The staff is always really nice here!

Papa John's in general has experienced a noticeable decline in quality over the years, reflected mainly in the quality of their product. While the service at this location was fast, the pizzas themselves were unbelievably bad. Little to no sauce, practically falling apart, dripping grease, not fully cooked through, etc. Ordered 2 pizzas and both were nearly inedible. Will not be returning.

All right, first of all it gives me no pleasure to write this review but people have learned that I call 'em like I see 'em - or eat them. I understand people who leave bad reviews because the service was bad or no one picked up the phone, but those are, in the end, meaningless. It's about the food. I've never had Papa John's pizza before and I know each location is different and quality will vary. So, I can only go by my experience here last night and now I will tell you about that experience because this is starting to sound like a Yom Kippur service.I'm a pizza realist - I don't like designer pizzas, I don't like stupid toppings that don't belong on pizza. Pizza is about the sauce, the cheese, the dough, and the baking - period. If you fail on those things then you fail. And I'm sorry to tell you that this Papa John's was a massive failure in every department. The dough seemed like it had perhaps been prepared a week ago and frozen. If that's not the case, then it was old-tasting. The sauce, which they rave about, was literally non-existent, as if they ran out and used the teeny-tiny bit that was left, which was barely any. The cheese seemed old and didn't taste right, and the pepperoni was okay at best. I ate it all but instantly regretted it and am still regretting it eight hours later with an extremely upset tummy. Not food poisoning, just poorly made pizza with ingredients that did not seem fresh. My gold standard pizza in the Valley is Dino's in Burbank - perfect sauce, perfect cheese, perfect dough and real pizza. Even Marco's in Sherman Oaks is better than this, actually way better and that's a chain, too. In the end, I would not try again. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings but truth is truth. Usually, I'm much wittier than this, but the upset tummy is really irritating me and I feel like I want to eat the head of a chicken, which would probably taste better than what I ate last night. For those who like such details, I ordered via DoorDash and the pizza arrived in a timely fashion and was still hot, so that part was good.

Happy to rewrite this review after papa johns lowers their prices. I used to order from here all the time. I won't be ordering from any papa johns that has raised it's prices again. There's better, cheaper pizza. Papa Johns used to be the cheapest option in my area but now it isn't. Bye.

Very disappointed in the fact that I ordered a pizza last week and they messed up the order. I called today to get the correct pizza that they would replace for me. I'm a regular customer, but they said the pizza would be free but that they would have to charge me the 6.00 delivery fee... they screwed up the original order, why should I pay again for a delivery fee.... I was going to tip the driver as well...bad business move!!!
