Ordered cheeseburger and fries combo($10.99, price before tax), it tasted average. There are plenty of outdoor seat too.

The worker didn't put much effort to help he was more discouraging, and honestly, we should have walked away. The hotdogs were cold, and so were the fries, and they were not busy at all. We were disappointed because my husband heard all the hype, and it was not worth the stop.

Not being a big chilly fan, I still had to try the famous chilly hot dog from Pinks! Pleasantly surprised, it was good and a change from classic hot dogs.

The staff here refused to honor the California Neighbor Pass holder’s discount benefit despite it’s clear stated on the website. He insisted that it’s only for the owner of ‘annual passses,’ which is not true at all as it’s clearly stated on the site where you can compare the benefit of all passes and also on the dining benefit one.

My friends and I each ordered the Betty White combo. The cashier double checked we understood we were buying naked hot dogs (which we did). The hotdogs themselves were pretty decent. The fries were really good. We enjoyed sitting at the tables outside. We visited on a Wednesday so it was pretty quiet. The service was fast and the food was light enough to not cause us problems in Universal Studios.

Wouldn't know if it's any good wouldn't serve us 10 minutes before closure. Door was wide open when we walked in

Hopefully, management will see this, what I posted an hour ago. I hope you find better management to be a successful business. This service does not belong in CityWalk.

Hola mis amigos! Coming to you from beautiful Universal City California and when in Rome....that's right Universal Studios! But before we get to that (different yelp all together), I got hungry. Decided to go to Pinks Hot Dogs (this location is not the original) on the city walk. Babunfoodie on Instagram is usually my way to go, but this one was a spur of the moment. The chili burger or the chili dog are good. The mushroom burger was really good (fries were ok). I suggest you get the chili on the side so things don't get messy. Try it and enjoy the California winter weather.

Decided to kill some time before universal studio horror nights and grabbed a bite to eat. I got the "El cucuy" hot dog while my husband got the burrito hot dog. My hotdog was ginormous, delicious and messy. Fair warning be ready for juice to squirt and drip when biting your hotdog weenie lol. My husband very much enjoyed the burrito and was super full. I would say good amount of food for the price. We got the regular chili fries to share, we barely finished them because how full we got. The chili was very delicious as well.

Never heard of Pinks until Hells Kitchen Season 2 episode 5 I think. I know it is a hot dog joint but people say it's hit or miss. This place is located in the upper lot of the universal boardwalk so anyone who has been to Universal Studios Hollywood so parking is a pain There are limited inside seating but plenty of outside seats if available. There are other eateries like firewood sub, Taco Bell and Panda Express as well. Order the "El Cucy" jalapeño hot dog and pastrami nacho fries.El Cucy jalapeño hot dog is huge because it is 12 inch polish dog with mayo, onions, bacon and jalapeños. It's good and it's not spicy if you can tolerate jalapeños. The pastrami nacho fries is crispy but the bacon cheese is something. Overall it's very good and it's up to your preference. Highly recommend of giving this place a try

As a veggie, I have missed the nostalgic experience of eating a hot dog. But today I was able to experience that excitement again, at Pinks Hot Dogs! I just wanted the basics, onions, mustard, and tomatoes. Delicious! Now, on to watch Jurassic Park inside Universal AMC theatre. A day of nostalgia! (Also, love the State Mustards!)

Place is small but there’s a lot of seating outside overlooking the city walk. Chili was really good and the hot dog has a nice bite to it. Love the Hollywood theming and worth trying at least once.

Tried the Mulholland Drive Dog and it certainly doesn't skimp on ingredients! The service was notably quick, both in taking the order and delivering the food. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy when I went. It was a good experience and worth trying once. Not entirely sure I'd make it a regular stop, but if you're in the mood for something unique, it's worth a visit.
