My second and last time here. Have been a vegetarian for over 10 years. My friend ordered an impossible burger and a meat one and they gave us two meat ones. I bit into it and then was so upset to realize it was meat. We then closely compared them and noticed they were the same. I had impossible burgers several times before and know what it is supposed to taste like. Friend went back to ask for a refund and they lied and said they were the same because they use the same seasoning. Rather than apologizing and admitting to their mistake they lied about it and reluctantly offered a refund for the impossible burger. Disgusted by the whole thing and would never come back. But even more than their mistake I am upset by their bad customer service. Actually I am equally upset by both. It is a big deal to me and I wish these people would pay more attention to these things.

Excellent bacon cheeseburger! I've been around LA and tried a lot of burgers, some stack up, some don't but Ruby's Double Bacon Burger is the real deal!

When I want a good Oreo milkshake, I come to Ruby's. Ruby's doesn't play around. They make their shakes thick and creamy and sweet and with lots of whipped cream and Oreo cookies. Their fast food burgers, dogs, fries, and tater tots menu is pretty yummy too. But I'm in it for the shakes. Located in Noho, the neighborhood has a gritty edge with artistic flavor.

Nothing has salt on it. Not the sandwich I ordered or the fries... I'm not here for low sodium lol. Put salt on your dang food, that's what makes it taste good.

We ultimately came here for the shakes but unfortunately their shake machine was down! We often pass this place, but wanted to save for a special time. Since we were celebrating my son's accomplishments in school we decided to give it a try even though I've read through reviews that told me to do otherwise! We were disappointed that he could not get a simple root beer float because they were unapologetically all out of ice cream. So we grabbed just to give it a try. Our family had the double burger, chili cheese jumbo dog (not worth the price!!!), southwest grilled cheese, fries (fresh!) and chili cheese tots. Everything tasted decent! But nothing was spectacular. I had very high hopes for the chili cheese tater tot but they sort of disappointed because something was missing out of all those ingredients (seasoning)!

Wow. first time here and boy am I coming back for more yumminess. My deluxe cheeseburger was so good, best in town. The shake was by far the best I have had in along time. Staff so nice. This is one business that needs to survive our situation. So I will doing my part.

This place is awful. It used to be good before COVID. Since COVID, the food has come out bad or with hair in it; so I stopped going. I went back again after they re-did the roof and made it look nice, in hopes of improvement. I ordered my food and told them I was stepping away for just a moment and they said, ok and that it would be a while, anyways. She never said come and tell me when your back or anything like that. I come back not even 5 mins later and wait an additional 13 mins and two numbers called after mine, before walking up and asking for my food. They aggressively said, 'well I called your number.'. I told them I didn't hear it. They offered to re make it, which I said yes to when offered. After that however, they started to go on about how it was called and has been sitting there for ten minutes and the man continued to yell and say he was the manager. First of all, I didn't ask if he was or even for a manager. Second, why are you yelling my at me if your supposed to be in charge? All that had happened was I didn't hear my number. On top of all his anger, the women, who was not even standing in the kitchen, walked over to start yelling at me. Why was she even walking over she clearly was the managers employee. Now two people yelling at me over a number not heard? While o served away and waited for my food they left the intercom on and I could here them talking about me the whole time in a negative way. There was so much anger and irrational behavior, unfit for a place of business.

Great turkey burger. Good shakes though the cookie dough can be a little lacking depending on who makes it. Cooks are always masked which is a nice reassurance in these times.
Delicious double bacon cheeseburger, vanilla shake (real ice cream), and great amount of fries.

Came here for lunch a couple of weeks ago with two of my sons. We got takeout to eat at NOHO park. Ordered two burgers, an "IMPOSSIBLE BURGER" for my vegetarian son (twice the price of a regular meat burger!), and two orders of cheesy tots. Frankly, I was not impressed. The burger was fine; however, I have had way better. The Cheesy Tots were another story. I expected the cheese to be INSIDE of the Tater Tots, as I have eaten at Umami Burger. However, these tots were basically tots that had been shoved into the microwave with a couple of cheese slices on top of them that melted. And by the time we got to eat them, the whole mess was cold and greasy and all stuck together. There are way too many other burger joints in LA for me to even consider coming back to this one.

5 STARS for the milkshakes all day! The cookie dough one is my favorite!! Lots of chunks of cookie dough and mini chocolate chips for you to enjoy! And the vanilla base they use is really tasty, it doesn't taste like a cheap vanilla flavoring that's really some imitation awfulness.3 starts for the food. I LOVE that this place offers tots. But after trying the food a few times, it's just way too salty.

Tried the burgers one late night and my boyfriend and i feel in love with this place. We decided to go back and try the chicken sandwich the next day. We were visiting San Francisco as a little vacation spot and we feel in love with this place we even tried the breakfast on our last day here.
