I buy coffee Here all the time, but today I will never be returning again, there is an employee named Brenda here who will bang on your door if you take more than 7 minutes in the bathroom :( after many occasions of her acting this way towards metoday I gathered the courage to ask her why she has to bang on the door so many times and so loudly in such a hostile manner, she replied by saying : because I always use the bathroom and take too long. I tried to talk to her and tell her that I am a usual customer and that starbucks is my go to Starbucks for usually coffee and drinks and that I sometimes use the bathroom there too because I like using the bathroom there and then do drive thru with a friend afterwards, but she refused to hear me, she didn't care that I do drive thru ordering often with a friend and often get a coffee there and by walk at certain nights too, She didn't care, her excuse was she needed to make sure I was okay and that I always use the bathroom there, I asked her If she thought it was professional to knock so many times and to knock in such a hostile manner and she didn't care, her excuse was she wanted to make sure I was "okay " I understand that there are people who have locked themselves in these bathrooms or have passed out, but she has seen me many times and she does the same thing all the time, she will knock 10 times ( yell to get out !!!l) and it's just really unprofessional and rude and not classy at all.Maybe she never saw me order drive thru with my friend, maybe she never saw me buy a drink by walk in, but that doesn't give her the right to act so unprofessional, I will not be giving this starbucks my money or business anymore, and I told my friend we should not go there at all together anymore, I understand she has only seen me use the bathroom there in the mornings, but I always buy things from starbucks drive thru and sometimes at night walk in for a quick warm coffee, she shouldn't of judged me.so quickly and treated me so bad, knocking loudly and screaming for me to get out, imagine a mother and her baby go in the bathroom and she starts banging the door like that ? SMH :(I understand she has to make sure the bathrooms stay clean and free of people who are up to no good and possibly mentally unstable, but like I mentioned she has done this to me many times before, I would often use the bathroom first while my friend waits for me outside the parking lot and then we order drive thru, now I am never coming back here again and neither is my friend.To the employee who miss judged me :Be kind to people Brenda!!!! Honestly I’m so disappointed I’m never ordering from here again. I ordered through doordash and I’m furious. I ordered a sugarcookie almondmilk Frappuccino with whipped cream and oat milk. Instead I received a disgusting liquid drink with brown stuff at the bottom of it. It doesn’t even look edible. I spent almost $20 for it. I really suggest not to order from here.

When this location of Starbucks opened many moons ago it used to be the place for me to come and study and also, play Pokemon Go. I have no problems with the Starbucks in general as the staff and the drinks/food are on point. The issue with this location is how the parking lot and drivethru is set up. We all know that Starbucks is very popular and each location has a solid amount of traffic. Parking in their lot can be difficult depending on the time of day. While the drivethru is mainly used, this brings cars into the parking lot which will make leaving a difficult time. Some people are smart and will come into the drivethru through the alley way in the back but that just makes the drivethru more populated with cars. The best choice is to find parking on the busy street just to give the easy access to leave anytime you choose. Granted there are times were the parking is free but its not guaranteed.With a small property this location does have a nice patio to sit outdoors for those that like to be outside rather than indoors.Parking: small private lot, street parkingVERDCIT: One and done

Love love love this location. This is one of the few Starbucks locations that I can honestly say service is amazing and the drinks are always delicious. I always order ahead on the app and by the time I arrive the drinks are ready. My go to is the caramel macchiato and the white chocolate mocha latte. They always make the drinks taste really good and never a moment that is disappointing.Shout out to Brenda for making our drinks so delicious today and for making one of the complicated drinks amazing.

Today it is Thursday and I do understand that they are besy because the 50% but it isn’t customers foult, I ordered 4 drinks like usual and Brenda the cashier was so rude, I was ordering and she dindt even let me finish talking she was on so much hurry that I felt so unwelcome, they shouldn’t have people working that they are not use to pressure
They block their outlets which is very frustrating. I only justify pricy drinks and food if I can stay a bit and get some work out done. Can’t do that when I can’t charge my laptop.I also waited a long time for my mobile ordered food and drink even though it was 7:45pm on a Sunday night and it was almost empty. The girl behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and not very well trained.

Had a disappointing experience at Starbucks today. While in the drive-thru, I was directed to wait at the corner, and when I requested brown sugar on the side, I was told to go inside to get it. What's the point of the drive-thru if you have to go inside for basic requests? Communication and convenience fell short this time. Next time they should tell us or just have us come inside all the time and take the drive thru down

How many stars i see now make sense now,I always come here serves is good Today at 7 was horrible, first of all the lady was taking my order was taking soooooo rude keep putting me orders wrong till a guy jumped in the speaker to say he will take over her which is fine The funny thing when i go to the window to pay the guy was standing behind the girl looking at me laughing and she was laughing tooShe give me the sandwich's first was ok then i had 3 drinks I asked for cup holders she's In very rude way answering we don't have any i am like how i will hold this she's like well I don't know U don't treat ur customers this way, I own business and this is not acceptable this was at 7.3 am I think who own this place needs to go back to the camera and be proud seeing his workers standing there looking at the customers laughing, because of these customers this place still openNo customers no business Thank you
