There’s a female worker that’s tall with glasses and a beanie that looks at you and doesn’t attend you she ignored me while I was waiting to order while the other employee went out of his way to attend me while he was at the drive through window and busy while she stood there doing nothing.

I put in a mobile order that included extra whipped cream for one drink and extra strawberries for the other, instead of reading my order properly they put in extra puree instead of strawberries and no extra whipped cream. It might have been an honest mistake but at the end of the day it should be emphasized that reading the full order matters.

I like this location. My review score is because they are supposed to be open until 11pm on Saturday, but when I used the drive thru at 10:30 pm, it was closed.They need to update their hours here and on the Starbucks app, which also says they're open until 11pm on Saturday.I saw 5 cars after me try to use their drive thru as I wrote this. They could at least block the entrance.

The female supervisor with her black hair in a pony tail screamed at an old lady for trying to inform her the bathroom was out of toilet paper. When I informed the supervisor that's what the lady was trying to tell her, the supervisor started screaming again. I asked at the register who to complain to about the screaming woman and that's when I was informed she was the supervisor.

I've never left a Yelp review before but I just had to leave one this time. I wanted to shout out one Barista in particular. Sadly I don't remember her name but I know she had braids and a neutral expression. I'm not going to lie, she seemed really intimidating at first and I was nervous to approach her but when I spoke to her, she gave me a huge smile. She was super nice and caring. I wanted thank her for making my experience a good one.

RUDE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, asked for a small Cold coffee with cream, sugar, and little ice as possible. Filled the cup with as much ice as possible with no cream or sugar. When I asked to remake a new one they gave a lot of attitude. Been coming here for 5 years, never experienced anything like
