the food here was great. Again, the service was bad asking me repeated questions after already stating what I wanted. BATHROOM! Clearly it is unavailable because of the homeless man next to the store in the parking lot and sits under the roof when its raining. Wanted to grab a good amount of tissue said they cant give me the whole stack. If you are that cheap dont run a business.

Only Starbucks in NoHo that makes my coffee perfect every single time. Shout out the baristas here that actually know how to pour ristretto shots. The Starbucks pick up time is just a little off but that's on the developers of the app reallly. Love it here !

What’s the point of mobile order when you have to wait 15 minutes for a drink. Walk in which happened to be a friend of the barista got served immediately and the rest of us are waiting. She said im next up and a good 4 people went ahead. No other location has made me wait so long for a mobile order. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

All Starbucks automatically get 2 stars because Corporate Food America doesn't really need our support. Independent coffee houses do need our support! Oh yeah, and their coffee's usually better.If you must go to Starbucks because of the convenience and rewards and points and gifts cards and Lemming Spice Lattes and all the other mind tricks they're using, at least try to go to a small business coffee place every other time.

The staff at this location is always extremely rude. One employee shut the window on me today in the middle of asking a question. Go to a different location cause this one is not personable or kind.

I was supposed to get a pink drink and a paradise drink, but they gave me 2 pink drinks. I just accepted them but one of them tasted like water straight up water. They are not consistent with your orders. You can see in the photos the difference in colors because of how watered down it is. The customer service isn't the best, the last time I went the worker threw my change and the drinks where also watered down.

Besides Tables Being Removed Great Idea. But Service Was Totally Wack . Cashier Was Great But There Employee who makes the Starbucks Drinks Needs To Have More Proper Training A.S.A.P. Needs to Know His Drinks And Know how To Properly Make The Drinks Not Apologize For His Mistake And Return Back To Correct the Drink which Then The Drink Was Still Not actually Made properly and was the incorrect Drink in the first place the drink look watery as if it was just sitting there for a while .Not To Mention The Person who made my drink right away removed him self from the front of the store as if he was aware of his mistakes.... That's a "BIG NO NO " dude you only made ur self look bad for walking away and walking right to the back instead of continuing to face the customer so that you would be aware of the difference between caramel frap and a caramel ribbon crunch....I apologize if for any reason I was Rudely to you guys this morning but I'm a Usual Daily Starbucks Customer and I believe that Customer is Always Right so I hope you guys would understand why I feel this way .(More Training For Your Employees ) ??

They've cleaned it up a lot (outside area used to be sketchy) but they got rid of the seating which seems to have helped. The staff is very friendly especially Tommy. Tommy was incredibly kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and patient. For food I suggest the iced lemon cake. Pretty good Starbucks. Open 5am to 730pm every day
