I walked 20 minutes in the cold to come here and at 6:23pm the doors were locked and they just ignored me. Says they close at 10pm on google. I’ve never heard of a Starbucks anywhere locking their doors at 6pm. Absolutely ridiculous.

They play with your time at this location. It's 10 minutes past your pick up time and these fat girls can barely move still don't have your order ready. Lay off the cake pops. People have real career jobs they need to get to. Bunch of broke, stank face women work here. The men are genuinely the only ones with customer service skills. Girl you're working at STARBUCKS chill the attitude and make my damn coffee. Getting a refund with corporate was a lot easier than dealing with this establishment. Never again!!!!! Also they water down your Ristretto shots. F the valley. Ghetto !

I am so disappointed in this Starbucks because they always get my order wrong or give me someone else’s order I ordered a regular caramel macchiato and instead I got a watered down caramel macchiato with no sugar and oat milk I don’t seem to understand even after ordering it thru mobile they still get the order

Update: they no longer put the extras out- you have to ask for them... I guess that's OK.I can't quite figure out why, at this location, they need to put an order for drip coffee behind several drive-up and pickup orders. Particularly when the next thing the 'barrista' did wasn't to fill or take orders, but to wipe down a surface.Also, this particular location seems to have too many employees - I have literally seen them walking in a circle looking for something to do. All the while, people were waiting inside for their orders. I've counted as many as 11 'barristas' at one time. Other, quite busy, locations seem to do well with 3 or 4. I'm all for high employment, but at pay more attention to the customers and fill their drip coffee. Maybe one holds the cup and the other pulls the little spigot?Sorry for the snark- there are some extraordinarily competent and friendly people there too. But the difference between this location and most others I've been to is distinct.----{from before the pandemic...}The milk was curdled on the top of the container. When I pointed it out, I got such an attitude from the "barrista" that I just left.By the way, I love Starbucks and I get coffee there almost daily. The service is usually exemplary, but this particular location has a lot of hygiene problems. The above was just the capper, and the associated attitude made it unacceptable.

My new favorite Starbucks near my home, and I love the way they make my Acai (strawberry). I also get the bagel, which is sometimes rarely available after 1130am.. very clean and fast, and the staff is one of the best in SFV.Parking: Literally right In the front of storeKid-friendliness: Always bring my nephews as well they are very kid friendly.
