I placed an order 25 mins ago. I come in and it’s not ready. There’s a reason why orders are placed sooner to save time. She didn’t even apologize or welcome me when walking in. Also it was not busy for my order to be held back.

Had an online order to be picked up meaning ready by 10:25am, got there and they said oh I'll get your order started. It was a breakfast sandwich and they were barely defrosting my eggs in the microwave, very upset, I've never had an issue like this at a subway for breakfast. The location opens at 7am how is it that they're barely defrosting product for my order which was suppose to be ready at 10:25am. Avoiding this subway from now on

I love this place! They serve high class meals, their menu is large, The chef in that place is very experienced, I like a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the customers is good. I go often to this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Doesn't honor online specials will cancel your order and blame you for it! Be Careful! I mean wow this place is too much. On the website they have buy a footlong and get one free so I order online and use my $2 coupon and I pay for my order and it says order confirmed....2 minutes later I get an email saying the store cancelled it.....I called store and told the guy and he said to do it again...ordered again and the same thing....went into store and ordered and he only honored my $2 coupon not the online special even though I showed him the cancellations emails I received saying they cancelled it... he told me it shows I cancelled...why would I cancel when they automatically take the money out of my debit?! Sounds to me like this store doesn't want to honor their deals\coupons. I would have saved $8 total... ended up paying more in store...I feel this is one of his scams...point of story is GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY!!!!! RUN Now I have to wait for two charges to return to my account smh

If I could give it 0 stars I really would, I've been a long time customer of this specific store, the gentleman who work here are fantastic, but the female staff except maybe 1 are completely incompetent, have no clue what their doing and are literally tired of life and being there. I did a survey for these guys and I was "rewarded" with either a free drink or 2 cookies of my choice with my next purchase, So much for a reward, when I get denied it for not having the reciept of the sandwich I bought 3-4 days beforehand, and they clearly know I'm a repeat customer of almost every day, but nope I get denied. This store is a joke except again for the male staff and 1 or 2 of the older ladies who are actually paying attention and giving actual normal customer service. I will rarely be stopping in to this store from now on and I suggest the same for anyone else in the area.

From the first moment you step in this place the waiters give you an agreeable feeling. Very hospitable team, it is a friendly place to enjoy with buddies or with your date. Excellent food, experienced chef de cuisine, competitive pay and generous service. Highly recommended.
