After a long day from work I came home to find out my mom had a cold and when she gets sick the only thing she eats is broccoli cheddar soup from Subway so I called subways around my house and all of them said we just ran out and can't make it today. I called this location and a gentleman by the name of Angel answered the phone and said they just ran out too but he will make some for me. He put my stress at ease immediately. I give his service A+++ he truly was an angel of the day. I definitely will come back to this location again due to this amazing service and experience . Thank you for your human kindness and amazing experience Angel.

First time trying this location, I hesitate a little bit of the rate 3.7. However, I decided to give it a try. I got a tuna sandwich, and I really loved it, the tuna was good the bread and the ingredients were all fresh. Nice experience

I love it here. I dont understand why the many negative comments. I come here often & most of the times if they are “rude” it’s because the customers who come in this area throw the biggest tantrums. I’ve experienced it. They’re really nice. Recommend.

Once in a while I get Subway sandwich for my son who loves it. This location is by my house next to Kohls. It's somewhat busy depending the time and the day of the week. But they have been here for at least 25 years if I remember correctly. Every visit is a different experience here , sometimes you get the best customer service and the employee makes you the best sandwich and he/she is in the best mood and sometimes you get the total opposite, but mostly it's the total opposite My son likes their turkey sandwich and I always get the Italian. Today we got turkey sandwich only and it tasted pretty decent and was made well.

Night of Wednesday 6/31, around 9 pm. Whoever was on duty burnt my chicken and bacon garlic sandwich. I don’t normally leave a review but that mf was BURNT. As in CRISPY. As in I had to crunch my entire sandwich. And I KNOW whoever took it out that toaster felt it and KNEW something wasn’t right, but was too lazy to make another one, and just chose to ruin my night instead.

The young Mexican girl that made my sandwich was very rude and she seemed unhappy to be working. I said thank you and she just handed me my food and turned around. She even made a hole in my sandwich wrapper. I just felt very uncomfortable overall. I went to this location 8/1/2022 around 5:00 pm

Outside of the close proximity to my home there are not akot of positive superlatives I can say about this establishment. The quality of the sandwiches are very inconsistent. I have experienced repeated mistakes on orders made through the app. Sometimes they make sandwiches with hardly any meat and overall sloppy presentation. I would not say their is good quality control. Outside of the occasional deal on the app I try to avoid ordering a sandwich here. Jersey Mike's is head and heals a superior sandwich venue in both quality and value.

The owner and his manager Elizabeth started having a full on conversation in front of my parents about my parents been Mexican using derogatory slurs about Mexicans ..they thought my parents didn't understanding English ..when I went back to ask for corporate number they refused giving corporates number ..When I told her my parents had disabilities and they shouldn't be unkind and be using the derogative slurs for Mexican people and that they should be kinder to people because they don't know what disabilities or hardships they are going through "the manager Elizabeth said "if we had to keep track of everyone that has a disability we wouldn't have a business ,she also stated that it was privately owned and that they can treat people however they felt like it because they had no one to answer to" Horrible racist and disrespectful manager and owner allows her to be rude and racist with customers

Googled a near Subway for dinner, it stated that its open till 10, I arrived on 9:50 pm and the store was closed, tried to talk to the girl that cleaned the floor but she ignored me, disrespectful and poor managed, not coming back

The particular location is the worst. They seem to get the orders wrong every time I pick up. I am not just saying one item but lots of ingredients add or delete from what I ordered. It's frustrating when you take time to order something you crave for but totally ignore by the employee. Worst, when you come home and see something totally different from what your ordered

Staff is unbelievably rude. Just a friendly reminder it's incredibly unprofessional to talk about a customer while they're standing in front of you just because you think they can't understand you. When asked to speak to a manager they claimed there was no manager i could talk to. Sunday 10/31 4pm.
