My friends and I initially asked if we could place three separate orders at the drive-thru, and the worker agreed. We made the first two orders without any issues, but when we tried to place the third order, we were told to order at the window instead. We complied, paid for the first two orders, but then, unexpectedly, they refused to take our third order without providing any explanation. I totally understand the potential complications of multiple orders, we would have consolidated into one larger order if we hadn't been given permission initially. After we went back around the drive-thru, there were now four additional cars ahead of us. (I took a photo). I wish that we had at least received an apology or acknowledgment of this inconvenience. The employee shut the drive-thru window on our faces when we were still speaking and was rude. We were civil and being cooperative but was not treated the same way back.

Says it’s open 24 hours. We pulled up and they told us they won’t take our order. They also had two cars in front of us and two in the back so we were stuck for an hour and didn’t even get food.I normally empathize with minimum wage workers but this was disrespectful.

Here to confirm the drive thru is an absolutely insane experience. Had to ask 4 times over 20 minutes to finally get my order taken. Then, as expected from the other reviews, the food was trash. Whoever is managing this place should be removed. Hire people that do what they’re paid for?

I understand that no one wants to work at a fast food place but it DEFINITELY shows at this location. I've never been so disrespected with the personnel working the drive thru window. I tried to order something off there menu and they complete disregard/noncompliance I got in return was revolting. The company should seriously consider about the employment of Maria and Allisson.
