the reviews here are true. went here just to get a bowl and i was the only person in here. so weird there was only two people working and i understand that but they didnt even speak to me it was so weird. instead they were speaking amongst themselves about the hours they were working. not once during that wait did they acknowledge me. the kitchen is open. they also skimped out big time on the bowl its like 90% rice 10% steak

I placed an online order 15 mins befor my lunch i still had to drive 8 mins find parking and my 1 bowl wasn’t ready I waited another 15 mins inside the restaurant and i herd the guy that was working ask the chef what she was waiting for to were she says there’s no veggies so he proceeds to start making them since i didn’t want to wait any longer (I only had 9 mins to clock back in ) i told him i didn’t want veggies so then she starts making the chicken (which is litterly just pouring sauce on it )and it took her another 5 mins for that the place littlerly have 2 ppl inside and the lady was working soo slow there was a guy that was waiting 30 mins in there and stayed waiting after i left while the cheif was busy singing and danceing

Terrible. I was the only customer there. Owner and one cook was present. I was waiting in front of the cash register for a good 5 minutes in plain sight - the cook saw me, the owner had his back towards me, but she didn't mention to him once that I was there. Miraculously, he turned around and asked me "picking up?" I said "no, I'd like to order please" He then proceeded to just turn his back towards me again without saying anything else to me. I was standing for another 4 minutes and just walked out. Behavior and cleanliness was completely unacceptable.

I have to call it like I see it.girl at counter taking orders has no customer service skills. ask a question?her answer was, look up there that's what we got ! , it was obvious the guest had never been there.

By far the worst Waba Grill in LA. Food was burnt. Soda machine was flat and cashier refused to exchange flat soda for a canned one, even though I was willing to pay the difference. Avoid this place like the plague!!!! Horrible food, horrible service!!!!

The Asian owner and the servers rather ignore you're present before helping you or take your food. It happens all the time when you got here. Stingy with their carrots. Jimmy A is not profesional at all. You legit have to tell them to help you out or they'll ignore you

Food can be good or great or bad depending on the time of day - I usually try to go around 11 when it hasn't gone full swing usually get away with some decent bowls.I just get chicken and rice and sometimes it just hits the spot and other times it doesn't.This location isn't bad but the horrendous parking in this area is but that's not waba fault it just is what it is

The food here is delicious, fast and healthier than a lot of other options in the area. I mixed the edamame with one of their protein bowls, because rice and beans from a complete protein when eaten together. In my mind that makes it healthier. I don't know. It was delicious Though I will say the edamame is in no way kimchi. While it does include cucumbers, I could not detect any sign that any of the vegetables were either pickled or fermented. Portion size is enough for two meals which makes the price per portion about $7.00 (a steal!)You won't go home hungry or unhappy! Patron this local business today!
