My family and I have been coming to this establishment for years now. We live right by the Northridge Mall and I have NEVER experienced service like I did a few days ago. I think she was new hire because I have never seen her before and usually the employees are very efficient and nice. However, this girl not only poured me the wrong drink ONCE but TWICE and she rolled her eyes when I told her so! I always ask for the watermelon flavor but she could not understand me. My son is writing and translating this review for me because my English is not very good. This is an AGUA FRESCA store. I would assume that their employees can understand Spanglish enough to know the difference between watermelon and mango.

Waters are great! Customer service is horrible! The girl with gold necklaces has the nastiest attitude. She rolls her eyes and doesn't even greet you when you're about to pay. Honestly all the girls there aren't friendly at all. It's unfortunate because they're getting paid not working for free.

I love agua cabana. They are not stingy at all, they fill the cup to the very top and have such worth-it prices. Also the Strawberry Milk is so bomb. Highly Recommend.

Bad experience. Workers were rude and dismissive. They didn't acknowledge me standing there with questions. Lady taking orders was the only nice one. My order never got called out I had to get it myself then they decided to call it when I was already there. I asked for a cup holder and the girl walked away and her coworker helped me instead, but in a rude way. Bad service.
Always see people walking around with fruity looking drinks in colorful cups and I finally found the place! I got a cup of their mango juice for $5 and immediately realized why they're so popular. The drink was refreshing, not too sweet, and had nice chunks of mango in it. I definitely wanna try the Strawberry Milk next time!

I went in and asked if they had any more strawberry milk and the girl with the ponytail and fake lashes was very rude to me and said no without even checking. I asked for her name, but she refused to give me her name. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager refused to come out. She is always very rude so I decided to go ahead and write a review. I'm shocked that the manager would not come out - so unprofessional. I could tell that the drinks were sitting out for a long time because they were very watered down.
