This is the second super awful experience at this Baja. We definitely WON'T be back. The salad didn't even cover the bottom of the plate. Ordered dbl shrimp but didn't get it. In fact, there was less shrimp than we usually get at the two other Baja Fresh locations we go to. This one is awful. Go anywhere else!

Amazing!! 10/10 I especially love their burritos. I'm always so sad when I'm finished eating them because they are so good ): The cashiers are so nice and helpful. I wanted to try something else other than a burrito and they recommended the shrimp tacos and I loved it. The place is is also very chill. Overall it's 5 stars for me. Baja Fresh is the place to go.

I just left this amazing restaurant. The place looked so clean and nice. The staff was so nice and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help me with the orders I needed. I miss service like this I am so glad it still exists. Thank you Baja fresh for amazing service!

Love Mexican food. When in a rush, Baja Fresh is the best.
What a huge disappointment!!!! I picked up my order and the place looked dirty and abandoned. I should have just walked out and not picked up. The wahoo fish tacos were terrible - dry and soggy. I said no pico and the tacos had pico. The avocado in the burrito and shrimp taco had brown spots and tasted bad. The shrimp was too salty. The black salsa was flavorless - almost watered down and no garlicky flavor... What the heck happened?! I want a refund. We ate at another location about a month ago and enjoyed the food. This location needs better management.

if i could put zero stars i would. i ordered a carnasada burrito and a few tacos. the carnasada burrito was disgusting, it felt like i was chewing on rubber. the tacos were okay but really overpriced. never coming here again and i don't suggest you coming here either. what a waste of money. i also tried the one in Granada Hills and i have the same opinion. never coming back.

Baja day old more like it. We got a cold quesadilla a cup of brown guac and mushy black beans. Never again. It was obviously old food. Gross. Shame.

Terrible attitude from the woman working up front. She looked like she was being held at gunpoint to work there. Food was just as nasty as the mood in this place if not worse! I ordered a fish and shrimp plate and specifically asked for no onions, my plate had more onions in it than shrimp or fish, literally threw 3 tiny pieces of shrimp in there and a piece of two of fish. I had to sit there and pick through my food taking out the onions and ended up tossing most of it away cuz it was just gross! Also, it's dirty and cold AF in there. My first time ever eating from any Baja Fresh establishment, and sure enough my last! Disgusting!!!!

I ordered my food and I heard and saw the old guy preparing my food coughing up! I told the cashier to let him wear a mask.The cashier told him but I didn't see him wearing a mask thereafter.
Last Saturday I went to this place to get the burrito and is seems like they are running a daycare for know kids. If I not mistaking. The cashier behind the counter was watching her children while helping customers. Her daughter with interrupt while he mom was counting my change and came up short. He daughter was scream so loud you could not enjoy the time you had to take a break. Nobody's has respect these days. That lady should not have her children while working. We are customers we we deserve at least the courtesy to have respect. Please don't go to this place on a Saturday.

This place is going downhill. Probably the worst tostada I've ever had. Gristley meat beyond bite sized chunks, bitter dry romaine lettuce and bitter pinto beans. Everything tasted the same. They were out of mango salsa which might have been its saving grace. The only thing palatable on it was the guacamole and greasy shell. They were nice enough to take my order over the phone so three stars.

I been eating Baja Fresh for many years and I know how it’s supposed to taste. This location is horrible and not professional at all. Their not following the recipe either ….Rice was soggy, the green salsa I normally get was watered down and flavor was completely different. The staff was not professional either. One of the employees went next door and got a case of modelo beer and brought it back in the the store and went back In kitchen with it. They had a drunk customer and obviously one of the staff’s friend in their singing and the cook and the other two were smiling and giving handshakes to him.. This location should be closed down and all three employees fired ! Obviously different management here thar doesn’t care about the integrity of Baja Fresh or take it seriously at all!! They are making the Baja Fresh Brand look bad. I threw my food away, couldn’t finish it. Chicken was shredded, not grilled too…I will never go to this location again….. Also the food was cold ……

We had a problem but when we told Karina, the manager, she resolved the issue and made us very happy. More restaurants need knowledgable and pleasant employees as Karina. We will definitely return to this location.

When the female cooker is in expect your order to be different. Less cheese, less of everything and to request one of your items to be changed since they give you what you didn't ask for. (example :type of tortillas, beans)
