I love Baja Fresh BUT this location was a huge disappointment. I ordered a steak salad. The steak was obviously precooked and cold as if it was pulled out of the fridge. The salsas were strangely overly salted and oxidized. The soup was absolutely flavorless and cold. My friend got a cgicken bowl. Ger chicken was also old and regeated. I got ice and lemonade from the soda fountain and there were lots black specks floating around in my cup. Obviously its not regularly cleaned out. That was a waste of $23. I wont be back.

I just ate here and ordered the Burrito Ultimo. Ironic as this will be the last time I eat here. Upon first impressions, burrito is good size and looks as if your in for a great meal. First few bites, nothing but tortilla and rice. A few bites more and more of the same. This monster burrito had less tan a spoonful of protein, a few slivers of red bell pepper and a boatload of rice. The flavor was ok but $12.00 for a rice burrito? Secondly visited the bathroom and it was not tended to. Thank goodness the salsa was good and the chips were also. Considering the cook is Latin, it must kill him he cannot make a burrito he can take pride in. Following the corporate measuring guide.

I ordered catering for a work event. They didn't include everything that was ordered. When I called to explain, they woman was very rude and not accommodating. I had to go pick up the rest of the food. Everyone had already arrived at the event by this time. The website is very inaccurate. It says 'Tacos All Around' feeds 10 people. It's much closer to 5. I ended up having to order more and the woman working there who had already messed up my order didn't know how to use the cash register. The customer service was horrible. They didn't apologize or offer any compensation for screwing up an order for 30 people! Very disappointing and unprofessional.
The young cook that just arrived for work at around 3:45pm on Monday October 16,2023, put on gloves and then shoved his gloved hand in his pocket and pulled out his smart phone (in a white case). He the proceded to show something to the older cook and then put the phone on the upper metal shelf above the work station. He was obviously not done using it during his work shift. Then with his dirty glove he proceeded to grab a bunch of tortillas and start cooking. The food was good and the dining area was fairly clean. The fact that the cook had a poor sense of hygiene is the reason a gave this place 2 stars. The lady at the front counter was very nice.

The cashiers were so kind to me! It was my first time at baja and they helped recommend some great food! I visited Friday in the afternoon, and it was great. Both front workers were constantly cleaning, and the cooks were fast with the food delivery! Will totally visit again.

second time i came in here there was no ac at all inside. just the portable ones but it was still hot. i was so hungry, i was gonna get my fav burrito enchilado style but come to find out they ran out of chz. i said screw it cuz this location was closer than the one at warner center. this last time i came here, i ate inside and the tables were dirty, counters dirty and still no ac. im an agm myself at jersey mikes, i always prioritize getting those tables and chairs wiped down. if my employees can’t do it, i will. anyways, instead of buying portable ac’s get the actual unit fixed. the food was mediocre at best, the chz on my burrito enchilado wasn’t even melted. it did kinda mess up my stomach. but it’s wtvr. i thought coming to this location would be better since it’s closer to where i live. HOWEVER, making the drive to the location at warner center is sooo worth it.
