I stopped in this location to get a drink. Didn't really know what I wanted. I asked the cashier Maxine what recommended and I told her I like peach she recommended a peach green tea with boba. It was absolutely delicious. Definitely come back here again.

This place is awesome :) The staff is great, and the milk teas are incredible. Their Earl Grey at 50% sweetness is amazing.

Nice boba place, quite spacious. Our party of 6 people were able to fit in the sofa at the corner. Like their decorations style, pretty chill and relaxing. I got matcha latte and my friends got earl gray milk tea with pudding, taro milk tea, tiger milk tea, and strawberry smoothie, all of them were to their likes. They also have restroom, so it's a good place to chat and enjoy afternoon with friends.

Best Boba I've had in years, that 5'8"-5'10" Asian dude was so nice. Truly one of a kind.

I was looking for a Boba milk tea place while down in LA and stumbled across this gem. Was very impressed. Gave off a Half in Half vibe but I feel the product was better. Milk Tea was not lacking in Tea flavor. The Boba was very yummy. I ordered 50% sugar but next time might try 25%. Definitely will return when I get down there again. Also my son screwed up and ordered a drink he didn't like. They exchanged it with no fuss. Amazing Service. This is my Milk Tea spot when I go to LA from now on.

Bon Bon Tea House has been my go-to boba spot during my two years in LA, and even after moving away, I make it a point to stop there whenever I'm back in the city. The standout feature is the generous size of their teas for the price - truly worth it compared to other places. My absolute favorite is the classic milk tea with 30% sugar, and I always opt for the largest size available. The richness and flavor are consistently satisfying. The Northridge location is my preferred spot, offering a small seating area where I've noticed people enjoying card games, adding a cozy and social touch to the experience. For any boba tea enthusiasts in Los Angeles, Bon Bon Tea House is a must-visit, and the size-to-price ratio sets it apart from the competition. The service is pretty quick even though there is long queue.

I tried the Taro with oreos blended with boba, about $7, the small size is big as well, absolutely would go

I’ve been coming here for years now it’s been my go to boba place. service has always been nice except for today. We ordered a couple of drinks and one of them was too sweet so we asked for a different one. We wanted a green tea with boba it took about 20 for them to remake it when we went up and asked where it was she gave us a drink with a straw already in it and no boba. We gave it back and told her that the straw was already in it and there’s no boba so she went to the back and got us a new drink. We stepped outside and when we tried it, it was so bitter and sour we threw it away. Then some girls came up to us and told us that the drink they gave us with the straw and no boba was her drink and that when we told them that it has no boba and the straw was already in it they just opened it put boba and closed it back up. The drink wasn’t even a green tea. So unprofessional and unclean. Someone could get terribly sick from something like that ! ?

Bon Bon is hands down my favorite boba tea in the valley and sometimes beyond. Their boba is always fresh warm and squishy. And they have rewards for people like me who just can’t stop going. It’s embarrassing how much I love bon bon lol.
