There are plenty of toppings to choose from and you also have the option of adjusting the sugar and ice levels for each drink as well. Service has been friendly and helpful in answering questions and providing great recommendations! We enjoyed the jasmine green milk tea, lychee black tea, winter melon milk teas, golden boba, lychee jelly and coffee jelly. Place is spacious, with cute decor and plenty of indoor table seating and bar seating by the windows. They are located by Mochinut with plenty of parking spots in the lot.“

“Almost the best hotpot restaurant in the North LA area. Even much better than those franchise hotpot in the East LA area. We went for lunch and could get a free tea as the lunch special. For offering, we could choose different proteins and the different soup base as well as some more add-ons. It's also free to take the sauce at the sauce bar. We ordered the seafood combo with Tonkotsu base, the beef rib with the kimchi base and the beef slices with the curry base. There are many nice bases to choose from. The beef ribs are so huge for the combo, they are too tender and nice with the hotpot. At every Hotpot, there would be full of vegetables and some other small things for customers to enjoy a rich taste. Also the snacks like fries and popcorn chicken are nice! The price is really awesome with such good food quality! The store is decorated well with a nice design. Personally speaking I love the window at the ceiling to let sunshine coming in! Really awesome for dining here.“

Late night dinner Taiwanese snacks in the Valley…what?!! Literally a small business hidden in the corner, definitely coming back again.“
“This location is very close to CSUN, which means it gets very packed! We came around 7:30 on a Sunday, and there were no open tables available! We waited about 15 minutes for a table for three people, which wasn't bad considering how many tables were full and how few employees there were working at this location! We were told how to order through the QR code, but we quickly realized that it didn't allow for us to remove certain items from the hotpot! We were able to ask one employee for assistance, and he was extremely helpful! He took our order for us and helped us customize the hotpot bowls to our liking! It took about 10 minutes to receive our food, and they were huge portions! We all got the healthy veggie options with different broths and spice levels! The flavor was delicious, but there was way too much cabbage in the soup! It made it difficult to find the other veggies that had fallen to the bottom of the bowl! Overall, the meal was delicious, and they have some tasty sauces to customize the dipping sauce to your liking! I was able to take some of the hot pot home to have as another meal at home! I will be coming back because of how friendly the staff is and how delicious and comforting the meal was! It was easy to have a conversation and still enjoy a quiet meal if that's your preference! Be prepared to wait for a table during busy hours!“
“If you like shakes, smoothies, or tea with boba, this is a great place to come. I have enjoyed every shake/smoothie/tea I've gotten there. My favorite is probably the horchata smoothie, but the Thai tea smoothie is close behind.In regards to food options, I've only tried the ham & cheese croissant. It's successfully simple, if you like ham, cheese, and a flaky croissant, you will probably enjoy this. Everything seems very appropriately priced. It is very clean and quiet here.On my more recent visit, I had a matchata (matcha and horchata) that was quite good. I tend to like their horchata drinks. I also had the pesto chicken sandwich. The bread they use is very soft in the middle with a nice crunch to it on the outside. The chicken breast was cooked well and the pesto was flavorful. I actually didn’t expect such a decent sandwich for the price.“
“Went here for the first time and I loved it right away. Love that they have 3 tablets where you can order and pay from. Also all the menu items have a picture beside it so it's easier to know what to get. There are a variety of options to choose from and they all look super good! I got the Strawberry Peach Green tea and Wow! It was one of the best Boba drinks I've had! The flavor and boba were just what I wanted. Service is fast, the place is cute, and the prices are reasonable!“
“I went to order my regular winter melon milk tea with chia seeds and white pearls aka crystal boba. The guy Carlo made it so quick and I think he made his order wrong with a different topping lychee jelly and remade a new one for me just in a millisecond!!! Gave me the correct one and let me keep the wrong drink. Oh my! Happiest customer on New Years Day! Happiest customer ever and I swear other places share tea nor ding tea wouldn't do that at all. At most they'll just remake you another new one and take back the wrong drink. Come on! Who wouldn't want a free drink? “Wednesday we brought our laptops and worked on a project. Sat for 2 hours and sipped on lycher teas, boba drinks and thai teas. Had appetizers. They had plenty of plugs,a large tv, and bathroom was clean. The young kids working there were friendly and welcoming.“
