The ambiance and overall environment is nice and chic everything is black and a bit noisy. The staff were friendly and super nice. We had a sandwich and a steak and both were delicious and rich in taste. The only reason im at 4 is because my steak was a bit saltier than it should be but i managed it with veggies as a side.

Hoy como desde hace 2 años y 4 meses que vivo en Los Ángeles fui a almorzar con mi mamá y pedimos mollejas y entraña bien cocida,nos traen las mollejas y por cierto estaban muy ricas pero la carne no estaba al punto de cocción que pedimos. Se le comunico a la server y me dice que lo va a calentar mas y le pregunto sino me va a dar un pedazo de carne nuevo ya que si la calienta se va a quemar por fuera y no se va a terminar de cocinar me dice que ellos hacen eso y le digo que no la quiero entonces y se lo comunica a su manager,la manager no muy educamente se acerca de una muy mala manera a decir que ellos no hacen eso de dar una pieza nueva pero que lo iba a hacer le digo que está mal lo que hacen ya que yo también trabajo en la gastronomía y si un plato sale mal se hace de nuevo y me dice que ella no iba a discutir conmigo y que me iba a hacer uno nuevo aunque no era lo que ellos hacían y le dije que no que mejor no quería nada ya que lo estaba haciendo con mala predisposición y hablándome de una forma muy grosera en donde se supone que ella es la encargada. Desde ya aunque se que no les importa acaban de perder una clienta frecuente por haberse manejado así de mal y por habernos atendido tan mal la server y la mánager,la server nueva y 0 predisdosicion para solucionar el inconveniente.

Sadly I used to love this place back when I worked at the kohls in the same plaza but the quality has changed. I tried to call my order in and got my call hung. So I proceeded to go in person to order. The guy at the front greeted me and my baby girl and was going to take my order but then someone else walked in and he attended them instead and THEN came back to us. I brushed it off and placed my simple order. He walked off and we just stood there as there's not waiting area so we took up a booth. It took over 30 minutes to make my pollo milanesa sandwich with fries. Upon eating it, it was not worth $13, just mayo chicken tomato and lettuce. The chicken was plain, flavorless and thin. The bread was stale, the only good thing was the fries. Overall it was so disappointing I don't plan on visiting again.

Amazing! Came back and now im in love with Spinach & Cheese Cannelloni!!! It was astonishing! Perfect combination of spinach and cheese, perfect tomato sauce. Not oily , not acidic, just perfect. My new weakness ! Thank you!

We came to celebrate my aunt's birthday. We have visited this place before to try the barbecues and everything had been good, but this day they made us wait for a table to be available and after they gave us a table they let us know that almost nothing on the menu was available. available, we decided to order Alfredo pasta which was raw and the chicken was as hard as several days ago, in the end we returned the food and only paid for the drinks. They should consider if they are not able to serve all the customers and say from the beginning if they do not have food availability. On this day specifically, very bad service

I went there with a friend and they sat us even though we didn't have a reservation, which I highly recommend. The place was lively and the food was good. We ordered empanadas and salad. Both were good, but the empanadas did take a long time to come out. We were almost finished with our salad before they came out. The service was decent, and our server was nice.

The service was fine but we had a terrible experience with the food, we ordered a short rib that cost us $45, advertised as 24 ounces of food when in actuality it was more like 6. We also ordered a lomito and found TWO hairs in it. The food wasn't hot either and the meat was flavorless despite the price. We told them about the hairs and they kept it on our tab which totaled to $140. This might be one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had in my life. Ambiance was whatever.

Base on the waiter we were obligated to pay 16% tip because we were more than 5 people. Also I saw the receipt and they also charged 3% tip for the kitchen. I am not against tips but what happened if I would have bad service because the waiter did not let us to put the tip like I have done it everywhere else. It is even legal they to put you theeir tip? Isn't the tip voluntarily? Because here is not voluntarily even if you have bad service. Just becarful with my waiter when you go. By the wait the service was below standard.
Food is horrible, chimichurri was not good either. Friends sandwich meat was raw, had to return to the kitchen.

Had the parilla chica, the tomahawk steak, and the steak Buenos Aires. All were prepared perfectly and were fantastic. So was the chimichurri. The tomahawk really did take 25 minutes, but was beautiful.

First the pros: the food was good (except for the side Caesar salad), generous portions, fair prices. The cons: VERY POOR SERVICE. Our waiter acted like he was completely bored. Never looked at us when taking our orders. I ordered a glass of sangria, it never came. I noticed others around us got theirs promptly. I asked about it twice. He ignored me and it arrived after the appetizers, around the same time as my main course. He never came back to refill our glasses. When he brought the check, again he never made eye contact nor thanked us for coming. We were celebrating my birthday and my husband made a special trip ahead of time to reconfirm the reservations and tell them it was a birthday dinner. Of course nothing was done for us, but I noticed other people did get a birthday treat. I told the hostess on the way out about the terrible service. She smiled and seemed to know exactly who I was referring to. The poor service really put a damper on an evening I was looking forward to. My husband & I agreed we would go again, but make sure we had another waiter.
