This location is always horrible dine in and take out both suck. Fries always cold and instead of fresh fries they just re heat them, take forever to get service, food and drink. To go orders are never on time and again fries never fresh and poor food quality worst chicken tenders ever don’t recommend this location
The 5 stars for the server named Cole, looks like he’s a one man team. Very nice lad, cause of him I’ll come back. The only attentive one. Not even the manager who passed by us twice and didn’t acknowledge us, ( bald dude with has glasses)

First, I have to say I love this franchise wings.Here :- on a Thursday night, 45 min wait when more than half the tables were empty- the 3 waiters were overworked, doing their job, but too many tables for them- our table was not 100% clean, we had to clean it. The drinks menu was sticky and disgusting.- the mozza sticks I got were undercooked and almost cold, the fries were not hot!- the wings were very good, as usual- the restrooms were disgustingThese particular business managers need to sort out their waiters and/or cooks problems.Edit: I read other reviews. Managers, don't bother replying to this telling me to fill out a form lol. Hire people, pay them more, here's your solution.

This location is disgusting, not only did they serve me cold food but made me feel so unwelcome. They were not busy so no excuse for the food to be cold! Second the girl in the front that assisted me when I ordered take out didn’t even greet me once I walked in I asked her if she was the one that was going to assist me because I said hello when I walked in and looked straight in her eyes and she ignored me. Never will I come here again and I’ll ensure I put a review everywhere so no one else wastes their money at this establishment. They truly do not care about their customers.

Our server was amazing, but as we got our drinks we noticed an eye contact In one of our waters couldn’t take a better clear picture because the server took it immediately, the manger came apologizing and offered a discount on our me which was only $15 but the disgust of sipping in the water with someone’s contact lenses was disgusting.

This is the Best place to watch the Kings game or any other sporting events! Fun Atmosphere! The manager, Raymond takes very good care of all customers and makes sure that the food is just right! I highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings Northridge!

This place is a hot mess. Stopped in yesterday at 8 pm. Ordered wings fries and coleslaw. To start off, they were out of blue cheese. How? Anyway, I got my beer, and it was ice cold, just like my food. We sat at the bar, and when the server asked how everything was. I said cold, she offered to have new food made but we already waited long enough so we decided to eat the cold food. To get a second beer was almost impossible, and with our bill, we had to flag down another server. Now, this isn't the experience I was hoping for, and I've had worse until I used the restroom. What in the world is going on in this place. I hope this isn't a new trend in the chain. There's lots of other options close by like Yard house, so next time, I'll go there. There is no excuse for what the bathroom looked like. Do not eat here.

I called in. Nobody picked up. I walked in and asked for a table. They said there was nothing available when the lobby was empty, they claim to not take reservations, and nobody was waiting. The staff was just piling old plates onto every table. I counted 8 dirty tables with multiple dishes on them. And the staff kept putting more. The person at the front was beyond rude. I’ve never been to a worse BWW.
