I went to Burger King location 8500 Reseda Blvd Northridge CA and went through the drive thru early in the morning around 6:30AM and the lights was off, so I pulled forward to place my order because no responded, the employee who said his name was Mario* was so rude to me I ask can I place my order here, I didn't see no lights on , the employee going to say pull around again , Why is that my fault y'all did not have the light on and on top of that under construction , it's all confusing to get in the line . The manager's name at this location is Sandra, I left a message, hopefully they can make this right.

Not open despite all the signs that say they are still open. They are under construction but the signs say pick up is available but they have no entrance to the building.

Most of the time it's pretty silly when you write a review about fast food. But this place literally served a 10 piece order of petrified wood. It's almost laughable how non edible these things were. They clearly were left in the fryer way to long. When I tried to call about it I got an answering machine that probably never gets checked. I'm sure I'll be back but I'll definitely be check my nuggets before driving off.
0 stars they locked the bathroom saying it was out of order even though I was a paying customer and then I witnessed an employee going to the bathroom.

Like all Burger King location in the Los Angeles Orange County area this Burger King looks tired and old, old soda dispensors, bathrooms the same.I come here only for the Impossible burgers.Note if you are Vegan, make sure you let the cashier know so they don't put the sauce or mayonnaise or cheese on itVegetarian options: Why do you have a plant-based Burger impossible Whopper and put mayonnaise or cheese on it that makes no sense

Give it some buckets in the entry area looks like they had a roof leak this is the second Burger King I've gone this week that had buckets and sections closed off due to roof leaks the place looks very dated,

finally after coming here for years theyre stepping up their customer service. guy worker at the drive thru window today was nice and respectful. just common decency goes a long way.
