Me & my wife ordered foods today at 3:34pm., by the counter, to go, cost $4.49.The order preparer overlooked that the 8 pcs nuggets & LG fry was not included in our packed bags of foods. We paid $42.67 total.

I dont live around here anymore.I wanted in n out but it was packed. So Burger always had good food just a little more expensive than any other comparable burger chain. Man did this place drop the ball from when I use to come here 10 years ago. Dude was more interested in complimenting my car than my order. Large fries were half empty and not to mention black and cold with no salt. Burger king is know for some of the larges size, golden, crispy, salty and HOT out the fryer fries. What I spent my money on this Vday at Burger king otw to feed someone was no where near the standards I have for BK. Food wasn't even finished. I was embarrassing to pull put fries that old or cold. I had to go get in n out after I we saw the food quality when I got to my destination.

They did not give me the discount . The manager is a c**t . Every other Burger King I have gone to, they have applied the discount, when the discount specifically says only to mention it if there was no coupon code or anything . I drove up to the window and the manager does not want to give me the discount. horrible customer service, I buy Burger King every day and I've never seen this type of service. TRASH. That's why all the reviews are horrible for this location. Hire better people for your guys own sake!!!

Don't go when school is out, young kids in and around Burger King. They have foul words that you guys won't believe ? feel sorry for their parents.

Rude experience with the cashier at drive through . They took my order wrong. And when I asked for my missing item , the drive through cashier wanted me to go back to the end of the line and reorder! I told her that burger kings has taken my order incorrectly, yet she replied: that is not my problem. When I asked for her name , then she realized that she should just give me the item.

Burger King ? usually has a pretty good deal, especially if you have the app. You also accumulate points that you can use later on.
It a very good place but be prepared if you go when kids get out because there is a school nearby and the kids are usually noisy.Parking: Parking lot usually never gets full and there is a drive thru.

I went to buy at this restaurant through drive thru and the cashier Edwin gives very bad service, terrible cashier apart from that he did not want to accept my rewards coupon and it was only for 4 chicken nuggets

I only went to this BK because I was craving their old school chicken sandwiches. The deal was 2 for $7. Kinda sad though because the sandwiches have shrank like everything else in the fast food industry. Oh well..... guess I won't be going back for another 5 years !!!

I tried the ghost pepper meal medium size and it was delicious. The store was really clean and everybody was really helpful. I have to recommend a ghost pepper whopper. It is absolutely delicious!Great job to the staff for keeping the store, clean and being so friendly !
