Jedric and Ashley were absolutely fantastic, and super accommodating and offered to easily change my crispy chicken sandwich once I discovered it had milk, because I'm lactose intolerant. Even though they already made the food Jedric very kindly refunded me.While ordering, Ashley made me feel welcomed, part of the burger lounge family, and did great recommending things on the menu which motivated me to try the chicken tenders. Having workers with personality is super important.Precisely because of the great customer service, I will definitely be back.There is a great atmosphere created by the staff that work here, and the food was phenomenal. The food was incredibly tasty. Hats off ? to the cook and the overall experience and people that run this place. Very clean.

I stumbled into this while strolling by. The grilled onions and wheat baguette of this burger were quite delicious. Excellent and recently harvested. The onion rings were mediocre, but the fries were excellent. The service was excellent.

I’ve only visited here once and had the wild Alaskan cod fish sandwich. It was incredibly underwhelming especially considering the price. You can get a much, much better fish sandwich in the same parking lot at California fish grill for a lower cost. You can check my review to compare what the sandwiches look like. Their taste matches their appearance. The sandwich here was merely okay. It had a far more muted flavor profile than other fish sandwiches I’ve had. While the sandwich is enjoyable, there is no reason to go back knowing that there are better, cheaper options nearby.

EDIT: the service here used to be nice but this girl (in the picture) is INSANELY RUDE, I thought it might have been a one day thing but nope, every time I’ve come and she’s been here she has an ABSOLUTE ATTITUDE like we kicked her dog or something. Don’t ask her for any condiments, she’ll lose it on you for no reason or tell you to get it yourself as if you know where it is.Sorry but I really don’t want to come here anymore and it sucks because we loved it before this kid started working there.With how minimal the interaction between staff and customers is it’s unbelievably unacceptable for her to behave this way.OLD REVIEW:Me, my husband, and my Mother in Law come here at least once or twice a month and everything is always delicious and made to an impeccable standard. The burgers are sooooo good and the portions are perfect, the fries are always crispy and seasoned to perfection, I have not once had to ask them to change or fix anything and it’s really somewhere you should give a try!I normally love Five Guys or The Stand but this place is my new favorite just because of their amazing staff!!!!The people here will treat you so kindly, they always make me and my family feel welcomed.

2nd time in only because I don't go come to the area as often (wish it was closer). The meal was delicious, hubs and I split the grilled and fried chicken sandwich. Both were perfectly cooked and flavorful. Tastes like fresh, quality ingredients. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant is clean from top to bottom. Can't go wrong here.
