I work across the street from the California Fish Grill in Northridge (I'm at Northridge Toyota). Myself and a few colleagues have eaten here for quite some time but I never ordered online until today. I noticed that the pricing was nearly 1 dollar higher online for the same item than the price that was posted at the restaurant (I ordered for pick up, not Uber eats or any delivery service). Instead of the general manager making some kind of concession he made excuses and then said "now you'll know for next time" which was absolutely insulting. I told him that he has lost my business forever and I will be sure to tell my colleagues about this experience. Totally unacceptable!

Me and my wife frequent Ca Fish Grill. There is so much food and sauce combinations one can put together to create a sumptuous plate. The Northridge location gives a casual and airy atmosphere. Jaime always greets you with a smile. Jasmine and Danielle were so helpful with my ordering. Love the food here. Always

We really do enjoy their food! It was a delivery, so no notes on ambiance or service. . Just tried their AVOCADO VEGGIE BOWL for the first time. I world have to say it's my new favorite. If I was in the mood for protein, I'd just buy fish or shrimp and add it. the CAJUN FISH TACO COMBO and CAJUN SALMON TACO COMBO are both decent. Lately, I think we're more into the general fish than the salmon. Brown rice and beans came with one and zucchini came with the other. They did forget our kaleslaw. Not thrilled, but since there was enough food, we didn't do anything about it. Another new discovery was the AVOCADO CORN SALSA which was excellent! Overall, really good. Missing an item would often cause me to remove a star, but since it was so good otherwise, I didn't.

California Fish Grill in Northridge was the first time I've ever heard of this restaurant. They have locations throughout California, a couple in Arizona & now in Las Vegas. I've been to this CA Fish Grill location a few times. Find this Resto near the Northridge Mall. Parking is snug in a smaller lot shared with other businesses. Ambiance is casual with both indoor & outdoor seating... You order at the counter, pay & seat yourself. No table service here. You get a text when your order is ready. Been satisfied with our orders & seafood always sounds good to me. The BF is also picky with food, but frequents this Resto every other week for a Fish & Chip craving in the Valley. Fried Seafood usually sounds good. But, I like that they offer Fire Grilled options, which is way better for you.

Probably one of the most best places to come and eat at. Amazing food!!! Amazing service!!!!! The manager is always welcoming even when you come here to eat, they always help wonderfully! Specifically Jamie is incredible there! If you ever come across her you will only feel good vibes with her! Ambiance is also great too!!! The freshness of the fish is what draws me here a lot! Words can't describe it. Just come and see for yourself!!

It's been a while since my last visit here. So, since I had the taste for a fish dinner, another visit was overdue at the California Fish Grill, in Northridge. The place was busy, with many patrons. As the menu reveals, there are several types of fish to choose from, with different styles (grilled or fried), a variety of sauces and several accompaniments. There are also different Tacos with fish or shrimp. I chose the grilled Branzino with half Cajun and half garlic. You essentially get two filets, one had the orange Cajun sauce the other the while garlic sauce lightly poured over the filets. For the two sides, I selected fries and rosemary diced zucchini. The fish was tender and flaky, grilled optimally with a charred taste. The diced zucchini was superbly prepared to maintain crunch and flavor. I liked dipping the fries in the sweet chili glaze sauce and the tomatillo salsa. Service was superb. Thank you, Jamie.

I had the Mahi Mahi with double order of zucchini and rosemary. Everything was made perfectly and delicious. The service we got from Jayme was super excellent. She was very informative, explaining all the different fish dinners, and she was very quick to take our orders and show us how to work the order screen. I did feel bad for her, though, because we noticed that she not only was taking orders and sorting out the take out orders, but she also cleaned the tables. I'm thinking maybe under staffing. However, I give 5 stars to the food quantity and taste, 5 stars for her service, and 5 stars for cleanliness.

I usually have fish and chips which aren't bad considering i come from across the pond, but tonight i decided to have the salmon and Brussels sprouts which were burnt tasted burnt and just nasty, the salmon was awful it had very little taste hardly any sweet chili sauce and i nearly broke a tooth on a friggin bone on first bite. I didn't eat any of it I just wasted my money, but i do have to wonder how hard it is for a cook in that place that finds it so hard to debone and cook a piece of salmon. very disappointing.
