Just drove here when the other Chipotle didn't have burritos... this one made me wait 10 minutes for steak... like what kind of joke is this? In the middle of the day, you didn't anticipate steak being needed?

Horrible Service! Worker seemed to be in a bad mood who knows if she was but she hardly put any rice like hello? Im not paying $15 dollars for nothing. Hard earn money over here and not getting much food. She hardly put any beans, guacamole, chicken. Like please do better and provide your customers with better service!!

My food is always cold. Ok I can deal with that but why do the people who work here seem so angry and bitter towards customers. I was there yesterday ordering my meal when the lady I was placing my order with starts speaking very loudly to someone behind me which was her coworker and they started chatting it up while I’m ordering, so basically her conversation was more important mid ordering then just taking my order, I’m so grossed out by the staff.

This place is so messy! All the workers are lazy there. They hire everyone there. Managers there are rude too. They are not mature.

The chicken bowl was fresh and tasty, but Chipotle should hire a dining room attendece ,I had to wipe our table because the dining room was full of durty tables , there was no ice, and chips were overcooked and stale , and also manager should be working on the line and make sure staff that is preparing the food change gloves after every order and washing hands often ,I visit chipotle often and this is a frequent issue going on.

Came to the store for a take out , I ordered a bowl and the employee spilled the bowl inside the bag, so they took the bowl out opened it and want to replace couple of stuff that came out, the supervisor came she had gloves and she used the same gloves cleaning the counter and putting her food in my bowl, then I asked her to replace it coz I don’t feel comfortable eating it and her respond was why, and I did explained that she used the same gloves on the counter and in side my plate. She never offered to replace it and I told her I don’t want it anymore, she was ok with it and let me go.The store is dirty, employees has no sense of customer service, and in the end they should have replaced it coz they dropped my food from begging.

The wait time here is always long. One person on the line who does everything. Shouldn’t be exploiting their employees to be serving the food,cashier, and cleaning the lobby area .

Very few things frustrate me like missing items and portion sizes at Chipotle but this is the second time I've had an unfortunate situation at this location and I'm inclined to believe this is just how they operate.It is a very slow Wednesday night and I placed my order at 6:30 pm. Please explain to me why it's so difficult to ensure that every topping is included in the order when you have that much time to look at the receipt properly. Also, does this look like a bowl that has extra portions to you? Reminder that you don't get paid extra for skimping out on ingredients like it's your job to save it. This isn't a recession. We're not rationing food here. If I'm paying $13 for a bowl, I better damn see that the EXTRA portions I paid for are at least justified. God forbid I didn't order extra portions. How much more disappointed could I possibly be? Did I order a kid's bowl? My goodness.I don't care if you’re new or if you’re slammed or you haven't been trained properly. If you're underserving your protein portions on top of everything else, then you best believe I'm taking to social media to call you out. LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY.Given the terrible reviews at this location, I guess I'm not surprised that they are running their business this way. What a shame considering they're in a prime location.(8/50--2024)

Today 01/26/2024 This location was more than bad when as far as management goes. Employees were really cool . But the guy in charge nothing to do with knowing how to delivery an excellent customer experience.Manager Brandon Lopez ( GM) was running the store but in a poorly way . With a bad attitude that it was obvious . No welcoming and seemed frustrated.His portioning was small not correctly compare to the guys previous to us . Short on food and very dirty presentation on the line . ( cold and hot ) No chicken available to serve even when he had a ful pan of chicken waiting on the cutting station and a plancha full of chicken ready to be put out and cut . When I asked for what I wanted he gave me the impression thya I was bothering him with my request of fresh chicken for my bowl . He tried to rush me thru the line asking me what I wanted in a fast pace . All dishes in the line were dirty like if they been there for a while and on top of that they were very low on food. The guy and the girl serving the line were performing as cashiers wearing gloves touching money and the register screen then going back to serve . 2015 E. coli issue and 2020 corona virus didn't do anything to better the care given when handling food . Please fix the stores all over the place . This one was 19332 Nordhoff st Norhtridge CA 91324We want chipotle back the way it was .( food with integrity). Crew was kool and food was aight .

I don't find amusing paying almost $3 dollars for a lazy spoon of guacamole... and the meat they serve me wasn't that much. No very happy with the service of this Chipotle.

come to this chipotle everyday, first time placed an online order where meat was obviously missing about a month ago, never placed an online order again second time came in today and same thing happened where general manager puts half of the spoon in my bowl. Reasoning that if i want full spoon of meat it will cost extra. manager full of tattoos is an ***hole
