Wow, God bless whoever made the pickup orders for the afternoon shift on 4/15/24! Literally the best chipotle bowl i've had, worth every cent.

Chipotle restaurants have constantly containers empty. No food in containers. Either they don't have rice or chicken etc. Management system is pathetic.I left many times in the middle of the horrible service and lack of food in containers. They had to throw out food in a bowl, because, system is horrible.. Moreover, restaurants look directly. Servers, touch unclean areas and then touch good with their hands, which they put in a bowl.Chipotle is very unclean and disorganized place. Meat should be sliced by machines and not by people who touching it with dirty gloves in hands.

Wow, came to leave a bad review turns out others were having similar experiences.Everyone mentioned small portions / missing itemsI got MEAT in my VEGETARIAN burrito. Horrible.The worst is, I wrote to Chipotle customer service, and it's been a month since I sent the receipt and they haven't responded. My money back is a must but you'd also expect some kind of free burrito to make up for it too. Otherwise, I'm pretty turned off Chipotle

Despite closing at 11 pm, we went at 8 pm and no veggies, no black beens, no white beans, old rice (little), every thing was little and old just disgusting (look at the picture) and when we asked the employee if anything is coming up new, they said no thats it. Will never come back to this place again.

I just went to this Chipotle location today 03/19/2024 at 5:12pm, it was my first time coming to this specific Chipotle location. I give this place one star so that other people don't get scammed with the ridiculous amount of food that they give you for the price you pay. I ordered 3 chicken burrito bowls and one side of large chips and guacamole which the total came out to be $40.63, which the 3 plates were basically 1 regular plate divided into 3 plates. The lady who served the order had a a rude and negative attitude, she served the plates and just left them there open without the lid and there was no one charging at the moment. The food was exposed and it got cold ❄️ don't waste your money in this chipotle location?? I've gone to better Chipotle locations??

The staff is friendly and does an admirable job considering they are severely understaffed at lunchtime. Online ordering through the chipotlane is a disaster at that time. The food is always ready but since there is only one person handling all pickup and chipotlane orders plus handing out the food, you end up waiting in the car queue for 20 minutes while your food gets cold. Meanwhile the front has 4+ people. They need another person handling the window at lunchtime, and pay these nice employees more so they stick around.

Similar to the other reviews for this location, they were out of protein. Got there at 9pm and they stopped preparing any meats even though they close at 11p. Corporate offices should look into management.

So I come here like 2 to 3 times a week. I spend a lot of money here and I work literally next door. They see me all the time. In the rewards section you can redeem chips and queso for 825 points and you can redeem chips and guacamole for 825 points. I redeemed the chips and queso but they had no queso and it was a 20 min wait. I'm on my lunch break only I can't wait so I asked if I could just get the chips and guacamole since it's EXACTLY the same reward points and she said no I can't do that. I said ok let me cancel my reward then just to redeem the other for the same points but you can't cancel rewards. Like honestly I come here so much and I work across the street and you mean to tell me you couldn't just put chips and queso in your system and just give me guacamole instead since it's the SAME POINTS!!! It's mind boggling to me how narrow minded the people working here are. It's your fault for not having queso ready. Don't tell me well we got busy. Plan ahead, it's Friday and you know lunch time is busy so you should have already had some ready to go and if not then just give me guacamole instead and she was rude about it too. Just poor management skills in my opinion. Just sad.
