The workers didn't smile or sound friendly, I'll chalk it up to being tired, it was late evening. They also didn't give us as much food as the one closer to me on Burbank & Van Nuys Blvd. It feels worth the money. Worst of all, they had no fajita veggies! My favorite addition to the steak bowl, it just wasn't the same, even if I'm in that area, I won't go back.

By far the best chipotle location I have been to in the Valley. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. They take their time preparing the meal just the way you want it and always try to accommodate you. Always clean and they are ready to serve their clients. Def recommend

The lettuce did not look fresh, looked old and rotten. This lettuce was definitely going bad and not sure how they are serving it to people. Asked for a new batch. Was met with attitude and irritation and told this could not be done because opening a new batch would take an hour.

Seriously every time I've gone to this chipotle they've been either super rude, or seem to have a problem taking my requests for the food to be made vegan. Cross contamination is a big problem for someone who hasn't had any animal products in over 15 years, it can make me extremely sick. Never going to this place again. Way too expensive when their service is horrid.

This chipotle is the worst. Go find another one. When I went in today, the guy behind the counterr seemed so annoyed that I ordered food from him. And then when I asked for veggies and he said we don't have any, he just looked at me stone face and said "no sorry". I go to chipotle because I can get a low-carb option which mainly includes veggies and protein. How do you run out of veggies? You are chipotle. There is a grocery store down the street. I have gone to a lot of other chipotles where this would never be an issue. I feel like this must be a really poorly run store.

For some reason every other day they don’t take cash and they have literally no excuse for it just that we don’t take cash. Honestly if minimum wage of going to be 20$ hr for you guys your need to step up your game if not your going to be easily replace in people’s
This place could really improve their customer service and options. Everytime I come here, they never have fajitas available. When I order the chicken, the portions are so bad because there is barely any left and they just give me whatever is left of the chicken and continue my order. I wish they would always have the proteins filled up so I can actually get a meal. The drink area is dirty along with the tables. What really bothers me is how they use the same gloves to take orders and deal with cash. It is very unsanitary here. The proteins and rice needs to be seasoned less as they were both really salty.

The guy that helped me was very nice but the girl next to him is extremely lazy. I asked for a little cilantro to be sprinkled on top of my bowl and she said we don't have that out even though it was right behind her so I asked her if she can charge me and give me some then she said we don't do that at this location which is a lie because I have had it done multiple times here stop hiring, extremely lazy people who don't want to work.
