Everything is very nice, but parking is a problem.

Respectfully, for take out orders, it would be helpful if you have a mechanism on ToastTab relaying that you have closed online ordering. Customers are notified at the end when checking out that you are not accepting orders. Looks like you phone line has been turned off today also so there isn’t a staff member to talk to

Such amazing food and wonderful service. We called close to when they were closing and they still happily told us they'd deliver. We thought the food might be dry or scraps because we called 20 minutes before they closed but no, we were so wrong. The food was super fresh, and the noodles were juicy and the portions

We hadn't been to Chi's for about 4 years and forgot about why. We were feeling too lazy to go out for dinner so "hey" we thought, let's order take-out Chinese from Chi's! So we did. We ate at home, it was decent enough, we watched a little TV then hit the sack. About 2am this morning I woke up with an intolerable raging headache. I felt like my head was going to explode and the back of my neck ached so bad I had to wake my husband up to help me by massaging my neck to alleviate the horrific pain I had. I was miserable! Now it's 9am in the morning and I am still with a bad throbbing headache and probably could throw up if I leaned over the toilet for 30 seconds. Now HE has a headache too. We both have taken two Bayer Aspirin hoping that our day can be a good one, we figured out why we hadn't been to Chi's in all this time. WE THINK they put in a grip of MSG in their food because something made us real sick eating from that restaurant! MSG is awful, NOT necessary, poison to the body-LOOK IT UP (it's a flavor enhancer) and many people really have these bad reactions to it, like we did. They may deny it (no one will ever know) but I don't need to say that we will NEVER EVER EVER-EVER-Ever dine from that place again~!!!!! EATER BEWARE~!!! This place made us feel miserable!

We have gone to cheese several times and it always hits the spot. Sometimes the weight might be a little long that simply because the food is so good. Best Chinese Hood in the San Fernando

Quality has diminished over the years and prices have gone up, not worth the price.

Quick service, great food. Great for family outings. If you want a taste of Chinese-American in the north valley, this is your spot! The Dim Sum could use some love, though.

Considering it was a Saturday night, we were seated pretty quickly, and the food was actually really really good. It's becoming harder and harder to find good Chinese food in the San Fernando Valley but I did like this place. The whole family really enjoyed the meal the price was reasonable plenty of parking as it's in the mall.

We will never go back here as the waiter was rude and actually mean. He had a poor attitude towatlrd the tables next to us as well. The manager even sensed something and came over to ask what was wrong...never again!

One day after work, I was craving some dim sum! After searching on Yelp, we found a place located near where I always go for boba. The server greeted us and upon walking in, the beautiful modern restaurant gave a classy elegant feel for the Chinese food we were about to eat. As the lunar new year is approaching, there were red decorations hung around the space and made the place even more inviting. Many tables were empty since we were in that weekday 'right before rush hour, early dinner' threshold. We were served and taken care of well by the lady and we ordered ourselves some nice tea with our entrees. Rose Blossom Tea: (Green tea with rose petals). The teapot was modern and was clear glass, (which we found really cool), and the male staff informed us to make sure to wait for the tea bags to brew with the hot water first. It had a sweet aroma and the tea was smooth and warm to drink. Fried calamari: Was delicious and had a soft crunch. It had a unique texture and was lightly breaded and also lightly seasoned, which was super yummy and the squid flavor shone through. Dim sum sampler: Reasonably priced, and helped satisfy the craving for dim sum without being too much. Chinese pork slices: Sliced and presented beautifully, each slice of pork had a great fatty to meat ratio and was also basked in great flavor. It seemed less than expected but it was good to eat and fill up. All in all, despite sharing all of this with my partner, we both got full and said to each other we weren't expecting to feel so full! The fortune cookies at the end was fun to munch on as well. Would love to come back here with my family. P.S. Noticed that the fish tank was fish taken from Finding Nemo! From our seats, it was extremely fun and distracting to watch the fish swim by and remember the nostalgic childhood movie. Bonus points! Lol

Came back after many years. How could it have gotten worse? Ordered to go. Still no complimentary crispy noodles with the have no taste, went up in price, ridiculously small, won ton soup. Pork appetizer was well done requested. It wasn't. So much fat! See pic. Shrimp pad see ew was rubbery, full of onions, and had 4 minuscule shrimp. See pic. Hard pass.
