Sadly this much be their worst location. I'm a big fan of the vegan chopburito but somehow this location has not lived up to the standard. My last orders have consisted of stale hard rice, either thrown in or entirely. I've walked out without ingredients that come with it. Their prices are higher than other locations as well. I won't be ordering from this location any longer.

Used to always buy salads from here, and today I did also just like any other day and I regret that I did. I asked for tomatoes in my salad and didn't get any and on top of that got old lettuce that doesn't look fresh. Will not be purchasing salads from here anymore if this continues. I hope they start to change this if not they will lose many loyal customers.

Absolutely one of the best spots we have found for fresh salad A bit on the pricey side but it is a full meal if not 2 meals. Ever since we found this place I would day we go there every couple of weeks if not weekly The Lobster Cob is so tasty and you can add extra veggies as well I highly recommend coming here

Horrible experience today at the Northridge location, the girl working had her back turned when we walked in and proceeded to figit with the remote control for the menu display, another Girl helped us at the register and we ordered with her while the other girl kept distracting the one ringing us up. I didn’t like my dressing and asked for the buffalo ranch, the girl working said “we don’t actually have that, it’s just on the menu” uhm excuse me? What does that even mean? They charge 35 cents for a new dressing except when the girl gave it to the other girl to give to me after I paid, she dropped it and then had to get another one. This place is a disaster, the girls are all so unprofessional, talking loudly and treating customers like they are inconvenienced by taking their orders. Never will I come back! So much unnecessary attitude!

I know Chop Stop since they opened their first store in Burbank and it is my go to place for Salads! But this store in Northridge is special store for their staff, Coolest people - I assume CSUN students - very good attitude and energetic yet super professional. No i am not a friend nor a cousin of any of them But I think just like good food, good Service has to be recognized and appreciated. So thank You, young lady that fixed my order and helped me choose a salad for my wife. Whoever is the hiring manager at the location is doing good job. Just please keep hiring cool, smiley kids .

Salads are bomb and customer service is always great! Definitely recommend their salads and burrito bowls!

Ordered through Grub Hub. I ordered a salad, chicken soup, and a pretzel stick. The salad looked like they shrinked the portion size. They also left out an extra ingredient I paid extra for. The soup in the past has been really good but today it was very sour. The pretzel stick was placed in some sort of press and was squished flat like a cracker. I called to complain but was put on hold. 11 minutes later I hung up and tried to call back but now they are not accepting phone calls. This business needs to work on their consistency, portion control, and quality. When you order, you don't know if you will get something good or not. I stopped ordering drinks because most of the time they were out of what I ordered, and they would substitute something that was not selling and tasted bad. Address these probles and this business will be a winner... I am tired of giving them 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so chances. I don't want to gamble with my meal quality.

First time here. And they couldn't get anything right. I pad $18.29 for a salad that I wanted extra toppings for. They forgot the avacodo. I had to go back. I can home and it's missing the had boiled egg! All they could tell me is they Chop everything very fine. But I'm eating the salad I know what's missing. Horrible experience.

Giving one star is too much for these people. This is the FOURTH time I have found a huge thick black hair in my food and I am so disgusted by this. I took the salad back to the store and the rude lady at the desk said "it's not my problem" and I said yes it is and I don't even want a refund I just want accountability and there wasn't any. She started to shout at me calling me the b word and said I'm being a "Karen" whatever that means... imagine eating salad and pulling a huge black long hair out of your mouth and taking it back and then saying it's not their problem and calling you a b****. Lol not pleasant. Avoid this place, clearly the employees are not capable of running a normal restaurant.
