I was waiting in line they asked me to wait 5 min because they had something in the oven. Though they continued to stock the store and make product. All I wanted was a drink. lol so I went went to CAFE NIEVE. I definitely won’t be going there anymore.

This Cinnabon has been open in the same storefront since I was in elementary school, so it’s a bit nostalgic to return and order a cinnamon roll from them.Like many others, the prices have increased but in comparison to its competitors I found their prices to be similar. They have a lot of different options and you can also purchase your order online to skip the line.I ordered a classic roll and the bon bites that come in a pack of 4. I don’t really see the savings considering the bon bites are about 50 cents cheaper than the singular classic roll but to each their own.Still, the quality is just as amazing as I remembered it.(46/100–2024)

My son loves Cinnabon and thats the ONLY reason I come here. This is the closest Cinnabon near me so when my sons ask for Cinnabon I have come here I had never had a problem before with the staff but my sons birthday was at the beginning of this month and instead of cake he asked for Cinnabon. The young girl working there had the worse attitude and was so rude for no reason. I really don't understand why retail stores hire rude unfriendly staff that obviously are not people persons. If you are misara le in a job please donuts and yourself a favor and quit and look for something that makes you happy. From the moment I came to the register to place the order she did kit even say hi or anything she just stared with a mean face waiting for me to say something like hello How may I help? what can I get you ? or a simple hey , hello. I don't care what kind of day ur having be nice to customers. I works in sales and Somethings i don't feel like dealing with people but I still smile and pretend like im having a great time. So in sort, there is plenty of jobs out there you don't have to stay in a place your nit happy in. And making the rest of us pay for it. Even though she was so rude I still said thank you so much and still she couldn't even say you welcome or anything. So rude. I went there around 12:30 she was young if it helps anyone don't be surprise about her bad attitude

Service is great! Amazing products! And the environment is calm. I love it here! I'm not the only one. Many people know the manager by name. That's clearly a good thing. I will say they do get rude people (customers act very entitled). I was there the other day. I had bought a coffee and sat to drink it. When I witnessed the manager explaining to a couple what she had available and they yelled at her for not having rolls at 10am! Hello! The mall isn't open, but, they are still offering you something for you to purchase! I hope the manager gets paid enough to deal with that crap!

This is the worst place for customer service! Managers please educate your cashiers, If you are closed they can let the customers know they are closed instead of making bad comments. Today I was in line, there was customers in front of me and when I arrived Tony said FML and moved his head when we came in. A few seconds some other customers came behind us and Gianna the rude cashier got mad because more people where in line. We are all paying for our food it's not free for them to get so upset. I asked what is your name and Tony said is that supposed to scare me? GIANNA AND TONY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!! Stay humble we are paying, if your closed a plain and simple we are closed would be enough! !

I ordered a classic cinnabon. They packed up one with tiny bit of frosting on it, so I asked them to add more frosting, but I was told they would have to charge me $$ for additional frosting. That's a messed up shady/scam like business model. It's one thing to charge extra for extra sauces on the side, but to charge customers extra $$ because of laziness and failure to properly prepare the goods as advertised and then give customers attitude and poor service. Pathetic.

Gianna has to be the cutest sweetest thing ever. Its been awhile since I been to Cinnabon and everything was new to me. After my 3rd dumb questions she advise what to get and was right all along lol. Great funny service and cute lil thing.

I ordered extra icing and the cashier “forgot” to put it in my bag but still charged me.Horrible customer service.

You cannot buy a fresh Cinnabon box at this place. You can order 6 fresh Cinnabon individually and pay for them individually and they will put them in the box for you. However, they will charge you for each individually and they have no problem with doing that as long as they don't have to honor the price that they've advertised.

Stopped by at 10:30 am and was looking for a place to get a coffee. I asked if they were open and the lady working was SO RUDE. She could have nicely told me they weren't open yet, and I'd have come back, she wouldn't even look my direction just snapped "malls not open". Well the mall doors are open and your lights are on and you have multiple employees working. There's many other options in the mall for drinks and sweets fortunately because I'll never go back here again.
