Service has been friendly and helpful in answering questions and providing great recommendations! We enjoyed the jasmine green milk tea, lychee black tea, winter melon milk teas, golden boba, lychee jelly and coffee jelly. Place is spacious, with cute decor and plenty of indoor table seating and bar seating by the windows. They are located by Mochinut with plenty of parking spots in the lot.

was looking for a place to study near csun and unfortunately have had bad experiences here with the wifi/outlets not working, music being a little too loud on top of the drinks being kind of pricey and not worth the price...the drinks are average, you can find better at other places around northridge like boba my tea, bounce, etc. for fresher teas, better prices, and places that don't skimp out with the toppings especially the creams. the green tea is so bitter, like more bitter than any other boba place i've been to even when i ask for extra sweet or if i get a milk tea with a green tea base. it overpowers the entire drink and tastes so bad.

I've been coming here for a while now, and love the coffee milk tea they have! The service is great, everyone's super friendly here. The coffee has a unique flavor to it. I really enjoy it and would highly recommend it

I've had Ding Tea often at other locations in LA and OC so I'm glad they're bringing more franchises out to the SFV. Out of all of the ones I visited, this location has had the best interior. It's so pretty and has a ton of seating for big parties. There should be plenty of parking spaces since it's in a plaza so you don't have to worry about that. Service was really great and fast - made ordering and getting my drinks a breeze. I think I'll have to go again though. I ordered a Jasmine Green Tea with Sea Salt Cream at Less sweet and barely had any flavor. I'll visit another time with a different order and see if I just ordered a bad combo.

solid boba shop in The Valley! was excited when they first opened up bc I'm from the SGV and it was exciting to have one of those boba shop chains open up round here :) This location has Wi-Fi, comfortable bench seating with outlets, as well as tables/chairs for casual chats. Super friendly for studying & nearby csun students, esp bc they're open til 10pm! They do play music inside but it's not overly loud -- but I'd you need a quieter place to work, I'd look elsewhere! I love getting their tea lattes because they use fresh milk :) I also love their grapefruit yakult! their grass jelly is on the sweeter side imo (a lot of other places add less sugar to their grass jelly recipe/sell grass jelly that's less sweet). The only mid drink I've had here was a jasmine green tea with cheese cream -- they add maybe half the amount most places do. The result wasn't as creamy as I would've liked, but the other drinks I've had here were fine!

Such a cute shop with cute photo op wall, great service, and plenty of seating. Good sized menu and I opted for the passion fruit green tea with rainbow jelly and milk tea with golden boba. Drinks were delicious, boba was made perfectly, the only things wrong was that I got the smaller size. I will definitely be back to try more!

A relatively new boba shop in Northridge. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating. Both the drinks and decorations are picture worthy! When I visited, around 6 others were ahead of me and my drink came out within 5 minutes! Wintermelon black tea - The drink is VERY sweet, perfect for someone with a sweet tooth. I did not taste much actual tea flavor and the boba was soft and chewy. Ding Tea's boba is a unique golden color but it tastes the same as regular boba.
