Ordered a basic pan pizza. The process was quick overall and the kids seemed nice enough, but the food itself was a total failure. Half the pizza was literally 80% bread with a thin layer of overcooked cheese on top and no sauce, leaving me with a box of glorified pizza-shaped bread sticks and a few regular slices. The edges were also burnt and had black, paper-thin flakes hanging off the side. Easily the laziest and worst pizza I’ve ever had from Dominos in my life. I wish I had taken pictures. A microwaveable Celeste pie had more integrity than what I was served at this location.

Horrible delivery service. I ordered two pizzas and a bottle of soda. The driver left without giving me the soda. I immediately called the location which is less than a half a mile from me. They said they would send him right back. 30 minutes later he still hadn't come back so I called again. When he showed up he brought me the wrong soda.

Worst dominoes experience ever. Don't order from here. Ordered pizza and they said it would take 30min. Two hours later it hadn't not shown up. Called the store and didn't get an answer for over an hour. Finally they answer and say it's ten min away. 30 min go by and still no pizza. Had to throw in the towel and cancel the order. Diego answers the phone and just says ok. No inquiry no apology no nothing. This place needs to hire new people.

I ordered thru the app, app notified me order was ready. Took me 7mins to get there once I got notification just to find out it was not ready and I had to wait another 10mins. When I got to location there were at least another 4 customers complaining. I wouldn’t doubt it they got my food free for their complaining ??♂️

2023-Oct-07. Ordered at 11:05PM. Pizza was ready for delivery at 11:20. Got the call and alerts. The driver went north and went back to the store. I started calling at 11:40pm. No response from the store. No response from online support from the app. No response form emails. The app showed our order got delivered at 11:45pm. I received our order at 11:54pm. They should have informed us proper information or what to expect. You have an app, but I guess it's useless. I should have listened to my own review. This is the last time I'll order dominos pizza.

Just ordered an order of 3. Specifically told them to make the pizzas well done, but in fact it was quite opposite, and I called them to ask them for a solution, I've been on the hold for 30 minutes now. Very poor customer service.When they finally answered the call the manager says that they cannot fulfill my request due to a lot of customers, which is not an excuse. I got my refund but ok what sake, I wanted to enjoy my pizza with my family

Never knew you had to order Parmesan cheese packets online because I don’t even see an option to do so. When I called in and spoke to Diego before my order went out he confirmed the driver sent out cheese, driver came and he mentioned no one mentioned it to him. I called back and spoke to Diego to ask why was it not sent out like he confirmed on the initial call and then he requests my address to see… why not do that the first time instead of just saying yes ?

Placed order at 7:55pm Said it would be ready at 8:15-8:25. Used their app to verify it was ready when i arrived at 8:30. Went inside, staff confirmed it my order needed to be made. I watched them make it at 8:35. 10 Minutes later it comes out. I asked for red pepper, they apparently charge a dollar for it now. Contacted corporate, was informed the store would contact me. Been over a week and I have never been contacted.

I would never recommend this Domino pizza location because bad attitude , can not admit the wrong , Rat Flea Ticks on the pizza and they want to be right and they are not friendly
