Do not place online orders at this location. Any modifications you add to your order they will not listen to and will always result in the default. Example you order a sourdough sandwich and request sausage instead of bacon. 9 out of 10 times they will always default to the bacon and ignore your sausage request.

Respectfully this place is bad. My cup is sometimes filled 50% and have to ask for it to be remade:( which I never do because I feel bad doing it. I get that working sucks but I am paying for a product and expect to receive what I payed for. Overall just a bad place to get food/coffee. Get something across the street at Starbucks or go to R Cafe which is very close by.

1/10 service, (happened abt a week ago)cashier was left by herself while manager walked around and did nothing, only time she got help was when another employee saw she needed help and started helping her right away. Then the person who seemed to be manager proceeded to walk away and ignore customers.

Asked for no ice and they had the nerve to give me half a cup of whipped cream instead. I have extremely sensitive teeth and paid $6.19 for more than half a cup of whipped cream. She said they use measurements and I've never seen my cup filled this low from any dunkin around the valley. Supervisor is delusional as I brought it to her attention and she brushed it off, be for real. Didn't offer a refund or re-make.

It was fine. I haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts since the Nixon Administration though. Parking was very easy, no waiting in line. My medium iced drink was fine and didn't have a fake latin sounding name for the size. The outdoor seating was nice.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online they had the first one done but it took them 25 minutes to make the other, I understand that you are busy but when 6 people who just walked in get their order made and handed to them before you, it starts to piss you off.

Please allow your employees to smack their pens on break. I shouldn't have to deal with so much attitude while ordering a coffee and donut. Bad service usually results in no tip.
I am active duty military yet they will only give me a military discount sometimes, it depends on the employee taking the order. They either need to train their employees better or have some consistency.

Ordered through DoorDash. Our driver was quick, we was responsive and called immediately on arrival. I don't think he had anything to do with my issues with my order.The store didn't bother to seal the Iced Macchiato properly and it came spilled out. Soaking the bottom of the bag. Then to see that they dumped all their trash from yesterday evening into our dunkin bites we ordered.Stale and are hard to bite into. Couldn't choose what flavors we wanted on the app and we got mostly stale jelly filled. So hardly assortOur last item on the order was an ice Original Blend Iced Coffee that came half filled with ice and watered down. Paid $30 total and only got $10 back from the app. What a waste of $20.
