Had an order and when I got back to work there was no silverware and problem with my sides. Called manager and she said she would give me a credit in my next order that my name would be in the board. When today and my name was not on the board and I was told that you do not get silverware unless you ask. So I asked and then I was only gives a spoon and fork no knife to cut chicken breast. And no credit for previous order. Poor management customer relations. Going to different pollo next time

Came to the one at Saticoy and Louise, awfull there system was down , there was no signs or nothing after 15 minutes there was informed about problem , I understand but should be informed as soon you walk in or have a sign up .

I come to this particular pollo loco drive thru very often because it's near my work. IT'S THE WORST. The employees there are so rude and unprofessional. Every single time I go there they mess up my order and I try so hard to be really nice so that they can give me what I ask for and EVERY TIME there is a problem. Once they took my order, didn't even repeat it and when I let the girl know it wasn't what I ordered she got really really upset gave me really bad attitude, and slammed the window shut after giving me what I ordered she didn't even apologize! Another time I asked for lemons at the window and they literally THREW lemons in the plastic bag not even in a separate container or baggie. I'm convinced they've started to recognize my voice and mess w me on purpose (not really but still!)

Because of the low I.Q, lazy employees, they get the drive-thru orders wrong a lot. If you ask them to hold the cilantro or another ingredient, they'll still put it in there. Also, they are in no hurry. It's not like the service you get at Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out where employees pay attention and move fast. Lastly, the amount of chicken served per order is really decreasing. There's barely any chicken in the pollo bowl and classic chicks burrito. Most rice and beans. Pollo Joke-o

My family loves El Pollo Loco. The food is always delicious, fresh, and decently portioned out. This location is on par with every other location you will go to. We just come here because it happens to be the closest one to us. I do, however, feel like there have been times when I've been screwed out of a deal. Last time I was there I ordered a family meal special. I didn't have the mailer with me that showed it, but I pointed to a sign for it when ordering. I paid, picked up my food, and drove off. However, as I did so I realized that the math just didn't seem right. Even if you factor in taxes, it was several dollars more than it should have been. I think the employee charged me full price over the special price. That's on me for not checking it first. However, I will be sure to pause and think for a second next time I order & they tell me the total. Just to be sure the basic math checks out. You might want to do the same. This location has a drive-thru but honestly, I'm not a fan of it. Not to mention if it gets busy it will back up & block parking spots next too the location. I often get proactive & just park off to the side & walk in. That way if they get busy while I'm in there, I at least know I won't be stuck in my car waiting to back out. Inside of the restaurant is always clean & tidy. Tables are well cleaned & inviting. Friendly staff and fast service.

Been going to this location for years, about 70% all good, it's the other 30% that I have issues. Ordered 8 piece meal, got 6 legs and 2 thighs...another day, ordered same 8 piece meal and they forgot the tortillas (lesson learned, check the order at the window), etc...always with the 8 piece meal. Another time ordered the 3 taco meal and didn't get any chips. Please be more detailed.
