Hadn't tried the double chicken bowl before. Now it's my fav thing ever! Used to be tacos al carbon guy. Also excellent btw. Only sad thing is they don't do fries anymore. I loved their fries. But anyways everything is great there. Go back often and try them all til you find your fav.Always friendly staff, good food prepared fast, but not 'fast food '. Check it out...

The food was some of the freshest I've ever had at an El pollo loco, from the chicken to the salsa. Also very well kept and very clean. Rashad and the rest of the employees treated us very kindly and made us feel welcome. Will be back no doubt.

I got food poisoning after my dine in experience on 4/16/2024. I became nauseous immediately after eating . But once I started to walk to my car I immediately started vomiting in the parking lot for at least 4 hours before a family member could come pick me .

Worse experience ever!!Unfortunately they have very bad customer service. We have ordered 3 of their new polo fit salads, half of the ingredients were missing, Good thing we checked there before we leave! Avacado, Tahin, corn all missing and when we mentioned that Avacado is missing they said they dont have any cut avacados ready!! Well, they need to say that before the customer orders the food not just replace it with a bit of Guacomole!! And the manager didnt even apologize or anything! And they didnt like it when we mention it!! Very Rude and not friendly at all! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering food from here!!
Wow these pollo loco location have change in some many ways. It must be the new management or I don’t know because the chicken is super juicy And everything is fresh. I remember I use to buy pollo loco at these location and the chicken was burn most of the time. Thank you and keep

Visited this location today for family dinner only to be served raw chicken After waiting in the drive through for over 20 mins!! Since I placed 2 orders it was only right to check my bags. For my family meal, I received a 8pc box of chicken breast & wings (white meat) after ordering dark meat (legs & thighs). I returned the chicken to the cashier/server and asked to receive a new 8pc of dark meat (legs & thighs) as originally ordered and She advised they were all out of legs & thighs at the moment. I asked for a refund and she says "oh I think we have some lemme check". She never came back to the window to advise of any updates just returned after 8-10 more minutes (now lengthening my wait time in the drive thru to 30 minutes!!) with a box of chicken. I get home to serve my family dinner and notice one of the thighs look uncooked. I INSTANTLY knew, if one of them were uncooked it had to be all of them due to the back and forth I'd received when trying to get my originally ordered items. After going through all of the chicken thighs, I decided it was a must that I returned the uncooked meat to this location. I would love to receive further contact information for the ElPollo Loco Corporate office to file a formal complaint.

This is the worst location. Not only is the male manager a nasty person but he's also rude and so are most of the workers there. Not only do they lock the doors way before closing but they only let their friends in to eat at night with the doors locked as shown in the picture. By the way this isn't the first time this happens. This is a DAILY thing. It seems there's no real management or structure at this place and honestly it gives the pollo loco brand a bad look. Avoid this place at all costs. At least until there's a banner outside that reads "under new management"

We have had El Pollo Loco many times .. this was by far the worst meal we've had. Everything was Old, Dry and almost uneatable. So, so disappointed ☹️
