This place is so good. 5 out of 5 best dipped apples ever. They just need to not hire such young kids. Went in and no one was at the desk someone yelled from the back be right there. We could hear here huffing and puffing while she was walking over from the back to help us. When I asked what's wrong she said I've bin so busy all day. Either give these kids a break or don't hire them. Apart from that everything was absolutely good as always!

LOVE this place! The owner is just the sweetest, and has made me special requests on several occasions. Recently, 20 minutes before closing, I called to ask if they had any Horchata Apples left (best candy apple I've ever had)...she had just sold the last one, but offered to make one fresh for me while I drove over. It was delicious and she stayed a little overtime to make it happen. Highly recommend!

A bit disappointed to say the least. When I went in today, they were out of the original Peanuts caramel apple (which is the only reason I made the drive from LA) but no worries, I decided to try the Granola Apple as it's also covered in caramel but with granola instead of peanuts. When I got home, the apple tasted awful. The caramel wasn't caramel at all, it was almost like a toffee flavor and the texture was grainy, rather gross and completely falling off the apple from how thick it was. I love Famous Apples but this was not a great experience. I'm not sure if they changed the caramel they were using or what exactly the situation was but I ended up throwing the apple away after one bite. Waste of money.

When I came in during the evening, I expected the employee to show annoyance and overall have poor customer service. As to why, that day I experience just only about that. When the young lady came out she not only welcomed me but had a conversation with me as she assisted me with my order. She answered my questions and was extremely careful with handling the apples. She made sure to use gloves which I highly appreciate due to the viruses that's been going around. Thank you very much to I believe her name was Lee! Definitely coming back :)
