Unbelievable. Waited over an hour for our food despite a completely empty shop and it was still completely wrong. We got the wrong chicken and none of the asauces, not even the ones they charged us $1.50 for. They didn't have ANYONES order ready at all. and both kitchen and desk weren't wearing their masks. Didn't have the food we originally ordered ready and when we expressed that we weren't going to wait ANOTHER hour for our food they refused to give a refund because they "couldn't find our order" or anyone else's apparently. All in all, total shitshow.

Summary: Need more staff, cashier should not handle food, incompetence For avid readers: Been here one time before and the food was food. Fam wanted to give them a second chance, they called in an order. Support local business you know. As soon as I walked in, it was chaos. Apparently cashier screwed up a lady' s order, he was obviously flustered trying to figure it out. I really thought I was on some type of show like Impractical Jokers because the cashier's level of distress didn't add up. Kept looking in empty bags and scratching his head. Never fixed the lady's order the whole time but two other lucky people were able to pick up what they ordered but still took a few minutes to put their orders together. I had just finished a long shift at the hospital, stressful day, then picking up food for my family on the way home. Finally made it to the front after 1/2 hour or so, order was called in about 1/2 hour before that. My order was not ready. Guy said to give him about another 20 minutes. He was scrambling. Deal breaker for me is he kept handling food with his bare hands after continuously scratching his head. Fries fell on the counter and he just shoved them into a bag, unsanitary. Kind of felt bad for him, but I didn't want to eat dandruffy fries. Seems the business doesn't have sufficient backup.

Ordered online for delivery but there were missing items and chicken did not have seasoning. I called the restaurant to correct the order and I was told they are busy. I was put on hold for about 15mins and the line died. I tried calling back but no answer. For those that are wondering how the food was, it was mediocre compared to the real Korean chicken wings. Taste and texture is similar to Popeyes but you're paying a premium compared to Popeyes. Sides were good but it's just the fermented radish.

Horrible customer service, unprofessional and rude. They got the order wrong and said "we are busy that's why it happened" No apologies nor offer any solution to fix the problem.

Let me start off by saying that my boyfriend and I loved how the chicken here was made up until last night. Last night we ordered the usual whole chicken plain and the cucumber salad. First off, when I received the order through door dash just the look of it was off. The salad was as if the cucumbers were old and almost translucent and it had a different sauce in it and it was only a splash this time. Also, the chicken was terrible Was definitely cooked differently, lacked flavor and the pieces looked like chicken nuggets. I was so disappointed and we're sorry to say we will no longer be ordering from here. May be a change in ownership. Good luck to anyone who orders from here.

A lot of fastfood joints brag about their chicken Sandwiches. This place has them all beat.Best Crispy chicken sandwich I've ever had.Korean herbs and spices as well soy and garlic.

The soy garlic wings are addicting. And, despite being tossed in the soy garlic sauce, they remain very crispy. I also very much enjoy that they serve only the flat part of the wings. The staff is is friendly, helpful, and quick to serve. When I crave wings, I head to Furai Chicken every time. Highly recommend.

Chicken and cauliflower dishes are always on point. Can never get enough of their coleslaw and fries. Fair prices and good service.

Ordered chicken wings and soda, but only got wings. Waste one hour on road to pick it up and back.

I really wanted to like it, but it was just ok. The chicken by itself did not have much flavor and the sauces are not very good either. I won't be be back.

We tried the fried chicken wings here, and while they aren't bad, they are definitely not as good as the best rendition that Korean fried chicken (KFC) can be. The odd part is that when we ordered the chicken wings, the sauce only came as a side instead of tossed with the wings. For every other Korean fried chicken joint, the sauce is usually tossed with the chicken (Bonchon, Ho Ho Chicken, ...). Without the sauce, as others have commented, the chicken is a bit bland. My wife did note some extra herbal flavors that we hadn't tasted before in KFC. We tried the sweet and spicy sauce and the soy garlic, as these are pretty standard versions that you would find at other places. Usually, the sweet and spicy sauce is my favorite, but here there was this medicinal taste that was a bit off, and the sauce could have definitely used more gojuchang flavor. The soy garlic was fine but also had an extra flavor that I wasn't used to in this sauce, tasting almost like it had bonito flakes in it. All in all, I didn't mind the place and would probably give it another chance since it's closer than going to Koreatown, but we're unlikely to try it again as my wife really didn't enjoy the off medicinal herbal flavors.

I HAVE NEVER HAD CHICKEN LIKE THIS!!! SO CRUNCHY!!! We got the sweet & spicy chicken, the half portion was enough for two people! It was so fresh, definitely a new favorite spot

I had the hot sandwich, really good. (Maybe a tad too much sauce, but it's more the style than anything.) Service was great too, I ordered on Yelp/Grubhub and it was ready 20 minutes later when I showed up.
