I ordered korean bbq on a delivery service and paid around 55 dollars for this horrible foodIt was so burnt that I couldnt even taste the meat and we found a hair in the meat.It came with sides that are barely anything and even combined could not fit in one side containerI'm astonished on how bad this was. I waiting 45 mins for 2 orders of burnt meat and a tiny bit of sides.I wish I could upload pictures to show people how bad it was and have to throw out this "meal"

Terrible service! Rude. Waiter would disappear for 20 plus minutes and we would just be sitting there waiting with the grill burning. We got a total of 5 meats between 5 people in the span of about 2 hour. The place was not even busy at the time we went. Horrible this place really down graded. This is the second time something like this happens at this location.

I was there yesterday like around lunch time close to dinner as well. The host, act like we didn’t exist at all and sat us down and after long time sitting and waiting the waitress came over took our order and she missed couple times to put in our order. I will never return back to this location at all. After we were done I asked for the check and they brought to us and I was ready to pay but they forgotten us after all. I had to take it to the counter and pay. It was one of the worst experiences I have received.

Very rarely do I see a gen that is so grossly mismanaged. Do not come during lunch, or I’d say at all. Service was terrible. No meat served until 15 minutes of waiting, sides that looked like they were for a taste test, servers could not be bothered to bring meat. Been to Gen across different states, never this bad. Will rather pay more at AYCE in Van nuys which actually has good & quick service.

This place sucks, they made us wait 30+ minutes for our orders of meat when everybody else around us was getting their orders way faster than us. We also waited 30+ minutes to get water.

DO NOT COME HERE, unless you want to see the coworkers talk to each other while you wait to order your next round. If you want half of the stuff you order to arrive at your table after asking 3 times, this is the place for you. Also, if you LOVE to waste your time, come and eat here! There are so many other Gen's that are 10 times better than this one, so just don't come here, period.

Came in dinner time on a Tuesday night. Sat there and they took forever to get anything set up on the table. The waiter didn't even check on us until his attention was called. We asked for a brisket sauce twice and came after 10minutes. No questions if we needed anything or wanted more meat. HE JUST LITERALLY WALKED PAST US SEVERAL TIMES!! NEVER GONNA COME BACK HERE.

This Gen location has to be my least favorite, out of all the other location, food runner are great but quality is low comparing to other location and not flexible with customer service and conversation at all, has non business sense mind,, there reception had no socialize, no greeting & no smile ,,,,a family was complaining about the service on the way out, then i was next, i had an arguement with the front reception , we had a party of 7 people, she want to seat us on 1 table using 1 grill only ! it's restuarant policy she said, then repeat over and over again,,, i refuse and told her using one grill to feed 7 adult is'nt gonna work out and not to even mention there no room for other side dishes and drinks on one table,,,,and i suggusted for her to split us up and i'll pay two bills, so that she would'nt get in trouble but pls sit us next to each other side - by - side, while there plenty of seats available half of restuarant was empty,,,, she still would'nt do it,, it's either one of six people add other chair and use only 1 grill to cook or don't eat here,,, i had to request to speak to a manager to get things resolve

Went to Gen for my mom's birthday, and man! The food and service has gone completely downhill! The portions ordered aren't even enough for a single person, let alone three. Our server was rude and cold from the moment he came to our table. It was darn near impossible to flag anyone down to order refills of anything! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. You can be darn sure I won't be returning ever again! In fact, I'll be warning everyone I know against coming here. That's for dang sure!!! I was a server for many years and I understand how rough it can be, but doggone! The service was the pits!!! Never again, Gen.
