“I really like the banana strawberry and the banana spilt shake. I have not had the food yet, but the descriptions are very appealing and I look forward to trying them soon. I noticed that the staff are very chatty with each other but when a customer walks up, it almost seems like they feel like you intruded on them. I just want to point out I wasn't there to make friends, I was there to pay since that what the kiosk instructs you to do, unfortunately when I approached the window to pay I was treated very poorly, so the drinks are great but the customer service does not deserve a 5 star rating, I would give the girl I had to deal with 0 stars.“

“I love this place. I didn't do all stars because I think the prices are high! The other reason is specifically the tea I order. The Peach tea. It's made in a type tea press, so the loose tea that's used could be used agin to make another cup of tea. But I think the loose tea is used once, and that's it! It would be nice that either the loose tea is bag and you as a customer can pour hot water over it more than once or give you the press to use while you dine in. That gives value and not wasteful I order the Thai Salad today and the Tempeh was cold and hard and seem less than usual however, the staff are always AMAZING and the food is delicious I would recommend this place over and over again!“

“I'm a former nutritionist. About a decade ago, I was using GG Scandinavian Bran Sprinkles. I haven't been able to find them anywhere recently. After an extensive search, I came across Lo Carb U Foods. They had what I wanted in stock & purchased 3 bags. The following day, Jose called to let me know that they only had 2 bags of the sprinkles, but would supplement with crackers, which are the same thing. I'd just have to smash them up to get sprinkle consistency. He also refunded me 10% of the purchase price for the inconvenience. It was so thoughtful! A week and a half later, I still hadn't received my order, so I called and reached Jose again. He looked into the system and saw that the order had been shipped, but there was an issue with the USPS tracking. He spent a day getting transferred from one person to the next and finally found out that my order had been destroyed in transit! He called me back to let me know that they had packaged more than enough of the crackers to cover the damaged order and were FedEx'ing it to ensure that I had it the following day. I have my product and... WOW! Am I impressed with the conscientious, professional and friendly customer service. It doesn't get better than this. Thank you Jose and Lo Carb-U for getting me back in touch with one of my favorite dietary products and for going the extra mile!“

“This place is so delicious and a great place to stop by before work. It's super convenient for me to call and have my smoothie ready in mins. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They have a lot of heathy choices and vegan friendly options.“

“I've made several trips to this location as a post-workout pick-me-up. I like the Muscle Builder (blueberries, banana, almond milk, almond butter, and plant-based protein) and the Flax Power (Amazonian açaí, flax powder, coconut water, banana, maca, cinnamon, and plant-based protein) smoothies the most. The Wake Me Up with dates and coffee is also pretty good. The drinks are excellent, but the service can be real hit or miss. There's been improvement since it seems they've added more folks to their team, but a couple of times I've gone in, there's no acknowledgment of customers at the till. I get it if you're busy and making drinks and working the till, but you have to at least acknowledge folks who walk in and say hello, and that you'll be them in a moment or something. I'm glad they've added more folks to the team, because it can be a lot to man a till and also handle the drinks on your own. The interior is nice, and clean, and there's some seating outside, but doesn't seem like a place people come to hangout at - just order, grab, and go! Tip: there's free parking in the rear, via an alley!“

“I've never really been one for smoothies after a workout. But I stopped here a couple times and really enjoy a few different smoothies. I get one scoop of protein with the chunky monkey drink, it keeps me held over the rest of the day definitely worth it!“
