Steve, the new manager, gaslights customers who have been long-term guests. During a recent visit, I’d taken advantage of the 3 for me promotion and cashed in on my free rewards chips and salsa. When paying the bill, I was unable to combine my rewards app with the 3 for me promotion. I have definitively redeemed my rewards app with previous promotions, including 3 for $10 and 2 for $25.
