I always come to this location and never have a problem but today09/04/2024 I went around 9am and I ordered "4 WHEATGRASS" the guy starts making the first drink he puts "1 PINCH OF WHEATGRASS AND ADDS WATER" he starts making the other 3 and ALL HES ADDING IS WATER ARE U KIDDING ME HE ADD JUST 1 PINCH OF WHEATGRASS FOR ALL 4 AND THEN I ASKED HIM FOR A PHONE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN AND HE TELLS ME THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ONE "SERIOUSLY"!!. I GO TO THE OTHER JAMBA JUICE LOCATED IN SEPULVEDA AND DEVONSHIRE ST right next to vons I order 1 Wheatgrass and they put Wheatgrass 4 times.

Asael went to above and beyond with his customer service skills and helped to provide information about the menu even though I hadn't been to a Jamba juice in 25 years and help to make it a positive visit very clean atmosphere highly recommend easy parking

Smoothies are well made & the place is clean.Parking: The store is located in an outdoor mall setting and parking is easy.Kid-friendliness: The menu has children options like frimuit bowls, smoothies, bagels, cookies & other healthy snaks.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is handicapped parking, and the store doors are large enough to enter sitting in a wheel chair.
Great service. There were two ladies who helped me max out my protein intake. Super helpful and sweet.

Today is October 8th 2023 7:52 p.m. I came in and ordered a great greens juice and both female servers said they don't serve juice anymore at this time. These teenagers are so slothful without shame. Corporate please do something. The store is called jamba Juice! You have to be able to serve the juice on the menu!

Jamba juice place, I feel like their juice are good but a little bid over priced. Healthy but taste wise, not my cup of tea.
Expensive and sometimes they will give you burnt waffles that fill the whole play with burning smell and they still give you the burnt item! They will make you a new one Only if you point out how burned it is. Drinks are good ?
