So as small businesses owners we completely understand that closing early is a very important task. But greeting your customers by saying they don’t accept cash in the last 30 mins is very unprofessional. Then she had the nerve to say something to her co worker about saying she’s gunna say something different next time . Then when we finally got to order she told us we couldn’t eat any subs that are made on the stove because they just cleaned it it was 8:40 . Honestly never ever going back here . The location on Sepulveda and Devonshire is way more better ! If I was her manager ide fire her on the spot .

This location always gets it right!! My sandwich always hits right from this location! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, vinegar just right, I can't explain it but they make it spot on! My go-to is the number 7 mikes way with mustard and chipotle Mayo. The service is great! Super friendly staff who are all so kind! The inside is a regular sandwich shop with tables and chairs inside. Located in a big shopping center there's plenty of parking out front.

we have ordered at least 100 times, and at least 15 times they have messed up my sandwich. Lettuce only. ONLY. NOTHING ELSE. and over and over they put tomato, onion, pickle, mustard, mayo. I hate to be the ass$&le that opens my sandwich to check my app order but do I even have a choice?

Businesses like this close not because of the food but because of the service. I went in 7pm on 8/29 and the Asian cat was short with the customers in his language, unpleasant and unfriendly, the female cashier matched his energy, not a smile in sight, never looked up from her screen, spoiler under her breath, and didn't even offer to give a receipt. The pair of them are the reason, why service industry has to choose their employees wisely, because I'll never go back because of their idgaf attitudes.

While waiting for my order I couldn't help but to overhear a conversation from the manager the way she was talking to an yound employee and how disrespectful & rude she was to him in front of others. She was totally unprofessional and I hope that corporate does a better job in hiring these managers with no people skills training at all. Instead of encouraging your employees to grow within the company you have these "Managers" discouraging these employees who seem young, which is probably their first job and seems like they just graduated, no disrespect to any of them but none of them had smiles and the energy in there was uncomfortable. I'm sure it all starts from the head in there which was obvious why they looked nervous. If a person in charge needs to address any personal issue with any of their employees it's only right to pull them to the side instead of putting them on blast which nobody needs to deal with that type of bullyness. The kid had a red face as if feeling embarrassed and right before I left I told that kid THANK YOU! Don't let anyone get to you. You're doing a good job and found out that the managers name was Ameena I believe. Her energy was all bad. Employees should all be trained to smile more which will automatically bring in better customer service instead of everyone looking like they're scared to talk. I'm sure if there's better leadership that place can be a better working environment. People will still go there bc of the name and the food but the energy gots to go. "Manager-Ameena", learn how to respect your employees and perhaps leave your personal problems at home. Be kind to these employees who are just getting in the work field. We need to help these teens grow with positive training instead of cracking a whip on them. Who knows what else has been going on if I never walked in on this.

I stop in here relatively often, and while the staff is always nice and the sandwiches are consistent there is one issue that comes up time and time again that lead to me wanting to write this review. The card reader/register is held together with rubber bands and bubblegum. The system is ALWAYS down or barely limping along, leaving the poor employees to apologize for something that ownership is clearly too cheap to fix. Last time I was in I had to manually input my card info. The time before, a long line of people was stuck waiting an additional 20 minutes because the system just wouldn't work at all. Other times I've had to swipe/chip/tap about 15 times for it to work. For a large national chain this is unacceptable. Jersey Mike's corporate should be appalled that the owners of this franchise refuse to fix this issue.

Do not order online from this place, they don't work on your order until all in store customers are served. It is faster to wait in line. I've ordered online 2 times and first time is understandable, but both times is not. Will not be going back to this poor customer service place. Food is pretty good though.

We just ordered from this Jersey Mikes online and we arrived to pick up our food only to find out that they ran out of bread. Yep, a sandwich shop ran out of bread at 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. So what probably happened was the workers did not want to make new bread. And the way that the worker spoke to us was like, just deal with it. And do you want a wrap instead? So don't do here if you're hungry because they may not feel like making bread and tell you they're out. Peace and blessings!

I Usually Go To Granada Hills Jersey Mikes. This Is My 1st Time Coming To Northridge Jersey Mike's & The Entire Front Counter Is Very Nasty. Regardless To How Busy This Place Is There Are Enough Employees To Keep The Place

Horrible service. Placed an order through DoorDash and they claimed it didn’t go through. Staff was very rude and unhelpful and would not offer any solutions.
