I have supported Lettuce Feast and have tried to continue doing so. On Thursday I went to the Culver City location, talked to the owner and wanted to order the mushrooms but was told that they went bad. I asked when they would have the mushroom and biscuits. He told me that they would have them in North Hollywood on Sunday.Drove an hour today and arrived 20 min before they opened and waited. Truck opened late which was fine, we waited. When he finally came out of the truck he said we were early (website says 11Am) and told us that he doesn’t actually turn the fryers on until 11 and we would have to wait until 11:30am. We said that was fine, still wanting to support. Then he said they didn’t have the mushrooms today. I reminded him of our conversation on Thursday and that we drove an hour because he said they would have them. He never once apologized and went on a rant.When he exited the truck, we were shocked by how dirty it was inside. The owners clothes were filthy. Like beyond filthy. I have been here before but had never seen inside the truck until this time.The attitude of the owner was poor with nothing but excuses. It is a shame because I love to support black owned business but with the food safety concerns and the owners response, I can no longer support Lettuce Feast.

Just finished having a meal from here with my girlfriend. She is not a vegan, but she says the tenders were the best she's had. I enjoyed the chik'n biscuit. It is immense for the price, and reminds me of an old fast-food item I've been nostalgiac for since I went vegan in 2015.
I tried this almost a year ago and haven't stopped thinking about it since at Chicago Vegandale festival. I'm not Vegan nor are my children, but if all vegan "chicken" taste like that lord I would be... promise.

I am so bummed about writing this review. My co worker told me about this food truck and how amazing it was so of course I looked it up on instagram and the food looked insane ( in the best way possible) so as soon as I got off work I headed to where the truck was located. Got the 4 piece combo hot honey. But while I was waiting for my food to be done I was extremely appalled and taken back with the cooks response (the only man working the truck) to an Uberfoods driver. The Uber foods man asked for a marker to write on the take out bag since he was doing multiple orders and it seemed like he didn't want to get the orders mixed up. And the guy inside the truck said word for word "ARE YOU EVEN SPEAKING ENGLISH? GUYS LIKE YOU COME HERE AND DONT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE SAYING" all the guy did was ask for a pen!!! if that's not the most racist thing I've heard I don't know what is (the guy was of Asian descent and was speaking perfect English) not that, that even MATTERS!!!!. I am completely disgusted, and I will never do business with them again regardless of the food being good it is not OK to treat someone like that I will not recommend to anybody else.

this was the OG vegan hot chikn spot. The breading on their chikn and spice level is great and better than others. Dessert options are to die for. I've been a customer since 2019 and love their vegan movement. Though, I've realized the quality has gone down tremendously :/ I went to Pasadena for just a tender and fries and was left with a small piece of a nugget. Crinkle cut fries were perfectly crispy. I decided to try it again but with something new. Pre-ordered their biscuit sandwich and strawberry shortcake for pick-up all the way in Santa Clarita. They texted me while I was on the way that they ran out and canceled my order I was already in the area so I made just a basic order AND THERE WERE NO CRINKLE FRIES when I opened the box so I was pretty disappointed since this was the redemption visit after getting the small nugget. I obviously will still go back and support but service does need some work

Lettuce Feast has the best Vegan Chicken Sandwiches! ? I’ve been eating their sandwiches for years. They’re so delicious, well seasoned, overall amazing! Will is such a nice person as well. Will always come back for more.
Not super happy with Lettuce Feast. I felt kind of deceived because it smells SO AMAZING and it looks absolutely delicious but the taste was non-existent. For something that looks and smells amazing I was expecting for it to taste just as good but the chicken literally tasted like plain chicken tenders, we honestly couldn't understand how we weren't tasting any of the seasonings. I was so disappointed because of all the hype, but we were left so confused and annoyed. Service was also super slow. All of us ordered at the same time and my order came out waaaaaay later than my friend's and AFTER two other parties' orders (even though I ordered the same thing my friends did, and the other people ordered after me). My friends ended up eating their food cold because they wanted to wait for me to get mine. Overall, kind of disappointed and prob won't be back.

Their vegan chicken is some of the best, and their fries are always seasoned to perfection. The sauce just adds to the magic. The chicken strips are amazing, the chicken sandwich are amazing. I've had so far the hot honey, mild, and original.
